• Display our properties for sale and to let on the website, pulling directly from Expert Agent, our property management system, so listings stay current without anyone re-entering them by hand.
• Handle the full property record rather than just basic details, including images, floorplans and EPCs, and reflect status changes as properties move through to sold or let.

We needed a website that was very user friendly, clearly explaining waht we offer as services and most importantly it must show off our properties in the best possible light and be easy for consumers to find what they are looking for.  The branding was very important for us, so the font type and colours were all very important factors that Webbed Feet delivered perfectly.  Also, we needed a very hands on appraoch as we are not very tech freindly ourselves.  Webbed Feet were excelent with this.

• Build a searchable, filterable listings platform covering a large, constantly changing inventory of boats and yachts, filterable by type, builder, and location, without the generic feel of off-the-shelf classifieds software.
• Develop custom PHP feed integrations to automatically pull in boat listings from external sources, eliminating manual re-entry and keeping inventory data accurate at scale.
• Deliver this as fully custom coded PHP rather than a CMS or template solution, since no pre-built brokerage software handled multi-source feeds and broker level control together.
