• Build a searchable, filterable listings platform covering a large, constantly changing inventory of boats and yachts, filterable by type, builder, and location, without the generic feel of off-the-shelf classifieds software.
• Develop custom PHP feed integrations to automatically pull in boat listings from external sources, eliminating manual re-entry and keeping inventory data accurate at scale.
• Deliver this as fully custom coded PHP rather than a CMS or template solution, since no pre-built brokerage software handled multi-source feeds and broker level control together.
