I'm the general manager at Green Power, a sustainable energy consulting firm.

What challenges were you trying to address with Webart Panamá?

We needed help with developing our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our website and an intranet for online billing. It was a very comprehensive project. 

What is the team composition?

We were in direct contact with two people. They have a bigger team of developers as well. 

How did you come to work with WebArt Panamá?

We were looking for web developers, which is one of their specialties, we consulted them and they sent a proposal so we decided to work with them. As we were already working with them, we continued with the following projects with them as well. 

How much have you invested in them?

We spent between $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our conversations with them in 2018 and started working in 2019. The project was finished but we still work with them in updates.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We are very satisfied because of their capabilities. They solved all of our needs and whatever we could ask they were able to meet it. 

How did Webart Panamá perform from a project management standpoint?

We were in contact by email, phone call, and WhatsApp. They met all deadlines and were always anticipating our questions. We had very good communication with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their technical skills were most impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Maybe find more communication tools. We used mostly by phone but there might be an easier way to interface.

We needed someone to develop our website.

They designed and developed our website from scratch. They worked on the colors, images, and everything.

I spoke with Johan (Co-owner, WebArt Panama) and one other person.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $2,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together between August–September 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website is live and is working well. I have no complaints.

How did WebArt Panamá perform from a project management standpoint?

Johan took care of everything. Anytime we asked for something, they were really helpful. We kept in touch daily through email and phone and it was a good experience.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are easier to work with than another company I had worked with. The communication was faster, and they were much better generally.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have asked more about our preferences for the web page.

Complete a full survey on tastes and design.
