They provided 1 senior ReactJs developer to augment our in-house development team. While we handled the backend development, they were responsible for adding new features for our upcoming release.

We first discussed our project with our account manager, going over the key skills we were looking for and any additional requirements. Based on that, they shortlisted 3 candidates for us to interview.

With their support, we were able to release the product on time and with no bugs.

Even though their developers were remote, they became a part of our team. They adapted quickly to our 2-week sprints.

There were some communication issues in the beginning due to the time differences, but they were able to adjust their working hours to overlap with ours.
