Webalize has been responsible for carrying out UX/UI analysis, designing our new website and implementing it as a headless architecture with a custom frontend app, based on the Shopware e-commerce platform.

The goal was to deliver a scalable solution - that is why AWS was chosen as a cloud solutions provider.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main outcome we were aiming for was having a scalable solution for our shop with all of the features we presented in our request for proposal, done in a given timeframe. Webalize has delivered on that front.

Webalize's project management was top notch. It was carried out in sprints (Jira) to which we as a client had access to. We also knew who was responsible for each task and had an exact knowledge of what timeframe it needed to be completed.

We primarily hired Webalize to help us with web development and UX/UI design of our website, however they also supported us in motion design and overall digital optimization. During the course of our cooperation we’ve completed several major projects, including creation of custom CMS for managing all of our landing pages and launching a custom-built lead generation form on our website

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

As a business we wanted to increase the conversion rate of our online lead generation form and gain the ability to quickly launch customizable landing pages which would enable us to rapidly expand our marketing efforts to new markets.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

At first we focused on improving conversion rate of our online lead generation form. Webalize team was partially responsible for designing, and fully responsible for developing this two-step form. After deploying our new lead form we saw a major improvement in conversion rates, and therefore decided to start using it throughout our landing pages.

At this point Omnipack was about to expand to a number of new markets, which created the need for optimizing the way we managed our landing pages as well as their conversion rates. Having consulted the matter with Webalize, we went on to create a custom platform for managing all of our landing pages in one place.

They have completely redesigned our landing pages and developed the platform from scratch in just under 3 weeks. As a result, we are now able to launch highly converting, customizable landing pages in a matter of minutes.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The team consisted of two web developers and a product designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far the landing pages with the built-in lead form have proved to reach stable conversion rates of nearly 20%, which is very satisfactiory from our business standpoint. Thanks to simplified landing page creation process we also have much more agility when it comes to launching marketing campaigns on new markets

Our workflow proved to be highly effective. It was based on kanban methodology, however Webalize was keen to adapt it so that it fitted our business needs.

corrections and tasks with timeline agreed during meetings
status overview during those meetings

We were impressed by their open minded approach and flexibility. The above was linked with a consistent project approach to the tasks, using cloud based tools for internal and external communication. Webalize positively impressed us by their out-of-the-box thinking and over the average involvement in the process.
