Project manager (Jack) provides excellent follow-up, update and ongoing communication with design team. He is very approachable, knowledgeable, caring and most of all, provides high priority to very project.  He treats each project s as his own, with the same interest and enthusiasm as a client.  That being said, he is like a Marvel Comic Super Hero!; he gets things done.  Where others stop, he starts! He and Web Design Glory are the best I've ever seen. I highly recommend them indeed! :)

The team at Web Design Glory is still putting the finishing touches on our project and I couldn't be happier with how it's coming along! They've designed our logo from scratch and built a custom website that looks fantastic on both phones and computers. The website includes all our main pages - home page, about us, services, and a contact page. I just got a sneak peek at the live version and it's looking amazing, though they're still adding more products. 
They've handled all the technical details like security and search optimization. Can't wait to see the final version once all the products are loaded! Throughout the project, they've been super accommodating with changes and really thorough in their work. Really excited to launch this soon!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Though we're still mid-project, we're already seeing great results! The logo was nailed down quickly after just a few tweaks, and I got a sneak peek at the website on my phone and computer - it looks awesome and loads super fast on both.
Ricardo's team has been quick with changes, usually getting back to us within a day or two. We've stuck to our timeline and budget so far, and everything they've delivered has been top-notch. Really looking forward to getting all our products loaded and launching the site soon!

Ricardo and his team have been fantastic with managing the project! They're really on top of things, getting back to me the same day whenever I have questions or need changes. Even though we're still adding products to the site, they've hit all their deadlines so far. What I really love is how patient they've been - I needed several tweaks to the logo and website design, and they handled all the changes without making me feel like I was being picky. 
They keep me updated on everything through email and quick check-ins, so I always know what's happening with the project. Honestly, it feels like they really care about getting things right rather than just rushing to finish. They're super organized and easy to work with - definitely making the whole process stress-free!

What really stands out about Web Design Glory is their personal touch - especially Ricardo's way of handling everything. Unlike bigger companies where you feel like just another client, Ricardo makes you feel like your project is a priority. He's super patient with all our questions and changes, and never makes us feel rushed or pressured. 
Even when we needed several revisions to get the logo just right, he kept a positive attitude and really listened to what we wanted. The way they handle communication is awesome too - we're always in the loop about what's happening with our project. While we're still in the middle of the website build, we can already tell they really care about getting everything perfect rather than just getting it done. It's rare to find that kind of dedication and genuine customer service these days!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Web Design Glory could have done differently?

Based on my experience with Web Design Glory so far, I honestly can't think of anything they could improve on. Ricardo and the team have hit all the marks in terms of communication, quality of work, and customer service. The project isn't finished yet, but they've handled everything so professionally and smoothly that I have no complaints whatsoever. They've exceeded my expectations at every step!

The team was good at explaining everything in detail even though I only gave them a vague interview. I took my time asking them questions, and they answered everything. Overall, they were quite amazing, so I hired them.

We’ve invested around $4,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in April 2024, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Web Design Glory has helped us save money. The price of the package they’ve given us has been cost-effective — they’ve even given us a bunch of business cards, letterheads, and envelopes. Overall, the quality of their work has met our expectations. While we haven’t seen the web page go live, my bosses and I have gotten a preview, and we truly like it. 

How did Web Design Glory perform from a project management standpoint?

A couple of hiccups on my side have caused some delays, which have made the project take longer than expected. Nonetheless, the senior project manager is always gracious when we ask them to add something to the web page. Whatever comes up, he does it without problems. To communicate, we use texts, phone calls, and emails. 

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

The senior project manager has been amazing. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their work has been excellent.

They need more teammates like the senior project manager they’ve assigned to us. I don’t know how big their team is, but they need more resources like him.
