I'm a product manager at an AI-powered OCR tool that extracts text from images, checks spelling and grammar, analyzes color and contrast, and assists with UI design. Our product is available as a web app and a Figma plugin for designers and product teams.

What challenge were you trying to address with Web Audits?

We needed help assessing how AI search engines perceive Pixelait, identifying technical and content issues limiting the visibility of our AI-powered OCR and design tools, and providing a clear, prioritized action plan to improve our search presence and AI discoverability.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Web Audits has reviewed Pixelait's homepage, key product pages, blog, robots.txt file, technical setup, and PageSpeed performance. The team has delivered a detailed AI and LLM visibility audit that includes prioritized findings, page-by-page recommendations, technical SEO issues, structured data guidance, broken-link checks, content improvements, and a clear action plan for improving Pixelait's visibility in Google and AI search tools.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Web Audits' project has given us a clear, measurable baseline for improvement. The audit has confirmed that Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity already identify Pixelait correctly. It has also uncovered specific issues such as seven broken pages, PageSpeed scores of 38 on mobile and 54 on desktop, and limited homepage content. The main success of this project has been turning these findings into a prioritized action plan our team can implement.

How did Web Audits perform from a project management standpoint?

Web Audits has managed the project smoothly and professionally. Our communication with Nikola (CEO) has been clear, and he's responsive throughout the process. The team has delivered the final audit on time as agreed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We're most impressed with how specific and actionable Web Audits' audit is. Nikola doesn't just list general SEO advice; he identifies exact technical and content issues, explains their impact on AI visibility, and organizes the recommendations by priority and effort. This approach makes it much easier for our team to decide what to address first.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing significant Web Audits needs to improve. The process has been smooth, our communication has been clear, and the audit has met our expectations. As an additional service, ongoing implementation support or a follow-up review could be valuable, but the agreed scope has been delivered very well.
