BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of Make My Nutrition; we are an e-commerce store that sells organic and raw foods like fruits, vegetables, and honey.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Weave Devs?

We had a separate company that we wanted to step away from, and we needed to set up a new e-commerce website. We were also looking to develop a mobile app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired another company to design the website, and Weave Devs was responsible for the development. The website was built using WordPress and WooCommerce. 

Weave Devs is also developing an iOS and Android mobile app for us. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with a developer and one other person. 

How did you come to work with Weave Devs?

We’ve been working with Weave Devs for a few years, but we originally met at a networking event called Business Networking International. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested over $15,000 with Weave Devs so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them on the original website in November 2019. We’ve worked on multiple projects with them since then, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website was just launched, so we don’t have much data, but we performed user testing, and the feedback was mostly positive. There were a few suggested changes, but for the most part, the feedback was good. 

How did Weave Devs perform from a project management standpoint?

When we first started with Weave Devs, we had no issues, but they recently moved, which has made communication a bit more difficult because of the time zone difference. They do a good job of making themselves available, but it has been slightly more difficult than it has been in the past. 

We communicate through Slack and WhatsApp. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very good at what they do, and they’ve always been transparent with us. They have excellent customer service, and any time we have questions or doubts, they make themselves available to talk.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We can’t think of anything more they could be doing for us.

If you are serious about your website, and want the experience to be hassle-free, then Weave Devs are the people you should go to.
