With this company, staff turnover was very low, which allowed for great team engagement. In addition, the professionals presented an excellent level of knowledge in the languages and resources required, which contributed to all projects being defined and delivered within the stipulated deadlines.

Our internal development process is close to the Scrum model, with some adaptations.
Activities were defined and monitored weekly. Whenever there was an error or inconsistency in the codes, after the guidance, the new guidelines were adopted and the following deliveries continually improved their quality. There were deliveries every week, and few brought any adjustments. The team's quality of code delivery was a big differentiator for us.
