Our websites network was created more than 6 years ago. Also, there were a couple of developers who worked on it. As a result, there were a lot of legacy outdated code. We hired this team to create new Wordpress theme, optimize exisiting code, write user's and technical documentation and implement new features.

I was working with this team on my personal project and I've was pretty much satisfied with results. So I've decided to work with them on my fulltime job.

We had a meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. Also, we created a mid-term strategy, key results and main tasks of our cooperation. From there, the team delivered couple iteractions of code refactoring. When all critical bugs were fixed, the team introduced a new Wordpress theme and created delivery system for whole website network. Now we are working on implementation of new features.

A project manager was the main point of contact throughout the proccess. There were also 2 full stack developers, designer, Q&A specialist, techlead engaged behind the scenes.

All websites passed CVW Google Algorythm, 100% of old bugs were fixed 100% of code was covered with documentation 100% of user interaction with websites were covered with guides All websites got new WP theme

We have weekly meetings in Google Meets with their project manager who communicated with the rest of the team. We use Trello as a backlog tool and Telegram as a main communication channel.

We noted high customer focus, fast reaction on any force majeure, 24/7 availability of project manager.

They team needed more time to understand legacy code on our websites. But once they got it, all tasks were done tremendously fast and accurately

I am very pleased with the result, it exceeds my expectations. The agency did the job faster than promised, cheaper than promised. That's why I can recommend them with confidence.
