Our main task was to create a landing page for a mobile application that would reveal to our audience the benefits of using our product on all platforms.

We had a ready-made landing page design, it was necessary to typeset it, add animations, adapt it for all sorts of resolutions, and attach this landing page to our main site. The landing page was attached in collaboration with our inhouse frontend department.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As a result of the work, the landing page is working steadily, we see an increase in interest in our applications. All minor bugs were quickly corrected, the development team willingly helped us with advice.

The work was mainly transmitted in text format. Several times for work we made calls, but rather for general synchronization. The performer always correctly expressed thoughts in the text, so there was no need to constantly communicate. For work, we used a chat in a Telegram.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The contractor showed a very high quality of the final product. The site works very quickly, smoothly, without problems and layout problems. All work was done extremely cleanly. It is also worth noting that the developers have always communicated very culturally and professionally, knew how to correctly ask questions, and in general saved us a lot of time without dragging out dialogues with long correspondence.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No weaknesses were noticed. During the work, an unforeseen circumstance happened to the project manager, but even a personal problem did not prevent him from doing his job efficiently.

We start by writing technical tasks, then developing, creating, and choosing a logo, brand book, tests, marketing research, writing marketing plans, presentation. So, they accompany us on most of our steps.

The team manager was almost 24/7 online and quickly manage all processes. One of the developers also was in our group-chat and respond fast. With other team-members, who made design, logo etc-contacted through our project manager and all tasks make quick.

we're still working on our platform, but our first clients, users, friends love it. We hear feedback that it's native, easy to understand and use, and all of them in love with our logo&design

We have almost 24/7 contact in Telegram & Skype. Created telegram-chats by tasks (logo, general, landing) and during development used Jira. If we have some misunderstandings or delays, we contact our project manager, Alex, and he makes the process quicker, clearly, and on time

They quickly understand what we want and they don't waste time (it was with landing, design, logo...). They understand our wishes and work on them quickly and professionally. And the main thing is quick response and contact.

There were some misunderstandings in the development stage about logins, but everything was corrected quickly.

The management style is really cool and flexible. Communications is always "on your language", even if you know nothing about :)

You are free to use any tools you would like to, to manage the process, Alex and the Team, are good with that and even can recommend you something.

We've been working with WordPress, but the page speed was really poor. Wanted agency helped us to reach that page speed we were looking for and also helped with the whole stage-prod ecosystem.

We have a lot of technical stuff to be done with our website. Wanted agency were running either basic support of the website, including fixing bugs, Wordpress support and plugins setting, or creating the new plugins, advanced mechanics and databases.

There were several projects we were making together with Wanted Agency. 1) They had to create parallax plugin and curated the redesign process. 2) Creating the database of Ukrainian music on 2 levels: bands database and lyrics database. The work was done perfectly according to our tasks. 3) Full-time support of Wordpress and hosting support. Everything was done in time and Wanted agency reacted truly quickly.

They were recommended by my colleague who is well known in Ukrainian advertising community. I worked with freelancers before and tried to make everything done by myself.

They designed, created, developed and integrated some custom plugins for Wordpress including Paralax plugin. They used our mockup and redesigned the full website of karabas.live, we were working with at that moment. They transferred our website from one hosting to another without loosing any data. They helped to reorganize the website for better SEO and mobile. Everyday support and quick help with crashes of all type.

What was the team composition?

I was working directly with a project manager and he managed to be the only person I need to fix all the problems and communicate with his team. Which is quite convenient.

Wanted Agency helped our project to become technically consisted and manages to launch and develop all the ideas we create inside our team. Thanks to them we transferred to a better hosting. The download speed on desktop and smartphone doubled. We launched database of Ukrainian albums and lyrics. We changed the appearance of our website.

I worked all the time through the team lead. He answered every time I needed and proposed a lot of solutions to our problems. That was extremely effective because he always appeared to be quite sensitive to our needs and was truly helpful.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They can find out how to solve almost every problem. Also they have truly transparent costs on every type of work. Project manager seems to work 24/7 that's why i'm never afraid if anything would happen to the site, they won't help.

If there are I don't know in which field. And it's not about sweeping praise. I really didn't experience any problem on any level.

Of course! After the first stages of optimization, we managed to increase the clicks and performance of our website admixer.com. And the website which they constructed for one of our events helped us her over 700 registrations!

It is effective. We have a manager from the Agency side, and he's always available for us. So we told our goals for this project and he turned them into tasks for his team. They are always very attentive to our feedback. We keep our communication in messenger. We always set deadlines for every task, and then I track the status of every task.

I’m a creative engineer at a stock photography company. We have an online platform, and I’m in charge of the copywriting department and curating some of our creative projects.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wanted Agency?

We wanted to completely redesign our blog.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we chose and theme for the new blog and provided them with it and some requirements. From there, they created the blog and implemented customized content that reflected our requests. Following that initial build, there were many small adjustments to incorporate. However, we reached our end goal pretty quickly. 

We also worked with them on an annual project showcasing photo trends. Our team was having difficulties transferring the files to our servers. After taking it on, they quickly reassembled the project. Our site is WordPress-based, but there were many technical requirements that came into play while transferring the project. Their work involved HTML coding.

Their entire team has about 30 people, but I’m just in touch with Alex (Digital Strategist), who manages the project.

In each of our projects, they’ve delivered a fully-functioning, impressive product. They’re able to take on large projects, but they put just as much effort in for the smaller projects as well. Everything was completed on time and at a high level of quality.
