I am the owner of Matador Towing. I market and run a team of drivers that patrol and service many of our clients in order to help them stay in compliance with state and city ordinances.

For what projects/services did your company hire Vyzion Innovations, and what were your goals?

We wanted to create a website that helped our drivers mass search vehicles that would register to the website to park on property. The website would also direct visitors to our website to register their vehicles so that they have permission to be on property.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them through a referral and considered them along with 4 other vendors. Because the project was such high priority, we needed results and they seemed to be highly driven to get our vision up and going. We spoke to them what are deadline looked like and they reassured us that it was possible to accomplish it within our time frame.

They designed and developed a data base where all the registrations and vehicle permits would be uploaded to. We first started with getting all the primary functions that my clients and drivers would need in order to make our data base user friendly. They gave us a break down and design mock ups to approve before starting production. They completed the project in 2 months with amazing communication and support if we ever needed anything changed or fixed. The final product exceeded our expectations and finished the website 2 months in advance what other vendors were promising us.

There were 3 people involved in the core team, including a project manager and 2 senior developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch the site early, which was a major achievement for us. Within the first week of launch, our site was generating and logging all of our data entry and reducing errors down by 95%. The data being logged was able to help eliminate any errors for my drivers and clients. We were so impressed by their work ethics and commitment to our vision that we decided to continue to work with them to maintain our site.

The project management was great compared to other vendors that we've worked with in the past. They regularly stayed in contact with us regarding what stages the website was in. We never ran into any problems regarding communication and they were readily available 24/7. Our main line of communication was through WhatsApp and regular SMS.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had a direct line to everyone on the team. There was never a time where our phone calls were never left unanswered.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Based off of our experience, they checked off everything that we could have asked for in a team. They were punctual, communicative, and detail oriented.

We wanted to develop a mobile app that also connected to our web app. The goal was to build a fast product that would meet the needs of current teenage consumers.

We selected them through word of mouth and their experience in the field before.

It was a typical product lifecycle from brainstorming to wireframes, and then all the way through normal product procedures of dev to live production.

We worked alongside the head developer and his main senior engineer from time to time.

The app garnered over 140,000 users in 12 months. We got revenue to over $30k a month. The speed of the app was drastically improved over the time period.

The team was easy to communicate with. We used slack for messaging and Notion for all of the product development. Never had a problem here as it was always smooth and on the same page.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their mobile app development was superb and rivaled several massive tech companies. Communication was always on point which you don't always find. And they operated in a clean way making things very transparent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall they did an incredible job and the only problem we ever had is they hired a web developer who ended up quitting which delayed things for a few weeks. Other than that it was spotless and I highly recommend them.
