Our brand was looking for more bookings on our resorts across India. Our goal was to receive a certain number of phone calls each day and booking. Our brand, Praveg, is one of the most well-known in the sector, but some of our new projects needed better visibility.

The target of generating 100+ phone calls daily for resort bookings. 

The target is to get a certain number of leads per campaign. 

Improve the quality of leads across different properties. 

Improve branding on social media platforms. 

The target is to get number of leads from social media campaigns.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a target of 100 calls a day, but within two weeks we were getting around 130 calls daily for our Diu properties. After this success, we added more properties like Lakshadweep, Velavadar, Tent City Narmada, Tent City Ayodhya, and others. Now, we get 100+ calls and website leads every day for Ayodhya and around 120 calls daily for Tent City Narmada, with about 70% of phone calls turning into bookings. 

They also handle social media paid campaigns for all locations and achive a good number of leads. The team is also helping us with revenue generation by working with our in-house team to plan follow-ups and improve our strategies.

The delivery was good and roughly on time. The project was managed in a few Sprints, and at the end of each sprint, the results were verified , and the remaining issues were either resolved or moved to the following sprints. This process appeared working well. They response to our needs were usually responsive.

Low-cost base and good cooperative altitude.

The way how the project is changed should be described clearer to avoid confusion. A mix model with Fixed and Varied model combined would be more reasonable moving forward. More rigorous test before providing the build to us to verify would be needed.

The expectation was that Vrinsoft would handle the full development process, including planning, technical build, and delivery of a working product.

The company produced some initial wireframes and early-stage development work, but the quality was very low and did not meet professional standards. The team appeared inexperienced, and we had to spend significant time correcting their work. As a result, there were no meaningful or usable outcomes delivered.

Very poor project management. Communication became inconsistent. We repeatedly escalated concerns about team capability and unapproved billing. We paused the work on 28 Dec 2024 and attempted to resolve the matter; issues persisted.

They were very patient as I articulated my idea in the beginning, and the quality they’ve given me is outstanding. Also, they’ve coached me along and given me more energy than I was expecting. I can ask them anything.

The goal is to enable a new tool for customers, who are looking for a new kitchen worktop, to find the best worktop material and fabricator at the best price, saving time of searching through dozens of individual websites and filling many forms.

Based on past project with Vrinsoft, I proposed the new service project and chose them for the second time, because they charge very reasonably, and the development team is highly motivated, friendly and experienced.
