Our engagement with Vizio AI focused on designing and implementing a comprehensive business intelligence solution for our law firm using Power BI. 1. Data Integration & Warehouse Development
Vizio AI built and configured automated connectors to pull data from Clio Manage and Lawmatics into a centralized environment. This included structuring a clean data warehouse that allowed for consolidated reporting across platforms—something that was not possible natively within our existing systems.

While some milestones evolved as the project progressed—which is natural in a custom data build—the team remained flexible and solution-oriented. When adjustments were needed, they were open to discussion and worked with us to realign expectations. They were especially responsive to feedback around KPIs and calculations, taking the time to explain technical considerations and recommend better approaches when necessary.

Overall, our experience with Vizio AI was very positive, and we’re genuinely pleased with the outcome of the project. The technical execution and collaboration were strong throughout.
If we were to offer a small suggestion, it would be incorporating discussions around evolving milestones or delivery extensions more intentionally into weekly check-ins. As with many custom data builds, certain timelines naturally shifted as the work progressed. Proactively addressing those adjustments as part of the regular cadence could make an already smooth process feel even more aligned.
That said, the team was always receptive to feedback and demonstrated a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
