• Could not be used for real customers without significant fixes, meaning the work delivered did not reach MVP-level usability.
• Overall, the project did not produce any measurable success indicators, and the expected deliverables were not achieved in a usable state.

Finally, they must provide proper documentation and a full handover at project completion, something they completely failed to do.
