Deliverables covered requirements and architecture setup, an AI chat engine with short- and long-term memory, emotional tone and persona management, AI image tagging and contextual retrieval, subscription-based payments via Telegram Stars, a Telegram Mini App for story selection, dual-language support (English and Arabic), a web-based admin panel for content and payment management, and full testing, QA, and deployment

What challenge were you trying to address with Vizio AI?

We needed help launching Microsoft Power BI and connecting it to our HubSpot CRM to create dashboards.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vizio AI developed four dashboards with KPIs and calculations from our HubSpot CRM. The team built the whole base with connectors, databases, and dashboard structures. Vizio AI focused on accuracy between the source and the final dashboards, complex calculations, and many different similar data points to distinguish.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Vizio AI created dashboards with mostly matching data between HubSpot and Power BI. The team also created a matrix to facilitate manual reporting work from our team. Overall, Vizio AI's work resulted in more visual data access and facilitated data extraction for Excel spreadsheet updates. We saved two hours per week on reporting tasks.

How did Vizio AI perform from a project management standpoint?

Vizio AI delivered on time and was very responsive. We communicated via virtual meetings.

Vizio AI really understood our needs and even understood the most complex requests and questions.

Overall, the experience was extremely positive. As our product team grew, making sure we had smooth support during the dashboard redesign became important to keep collaboration as effortless as before. And while a few things needed clarification during live calls, everything was always resolved quickly on Slack afterward. The partnership ultimately felt strong, smooth, and highly productive.

The scope of this project revolves around building a single dashboard that organizations can use to enter data on their operations and receive real-time reports on their performance. The final product will be hosted on a website and designed for multiple users, with aggregate and anonymized response data to be accessed by multiple project team members. The parameters for data entry, scoring, and report generation were provided by my team.

Project delivered on time, my own client continued to return to request for enhancements and additional capabilities, and more and more unique users joining onto the toolkit.
