Our company hired VISER X for the full ERP system development. Previously, all our projects and data were recorded in spreadsheets and it was really tough to organise all documents properly. We were facing problem with data management for taking proper decision of the business. That's why we hired VISER X to develop a complete ERP system for our company so that we can digitalize all our process and have better control over permissions of different roles.

We requested for proposal from 7 different vendors. Among them, we shortlisted 3 vendors based on their previous work, client list, reputation and budget. Then we had long meetings with all the 3 vendors. At last we understood that VISER X understood our requirements better than other vendors. Their process of work also attracted us a lot. Mainly the budget and the experience were the main decision factor for selecting VISER X.

The scope was huge. We had a lot of manual records which we needed to transform into digital forms. We did a lot of meetings with VISER X team to let them understand our working procedure. They took around 2.5 months to prepare the PRD.

After that they started working with the asset management system first. Then gradually they delivered us supply chain management system, HR management system, Finance management system, Manufacturing management system, Inventory management system, Order management system, CRM. They used Laravel as backend framework and vue.js as the frontend framework.

Around 12 team members from VISER X were involved in this project. There were one project manager, 4 backend developers, 3 frontend developers, 2 QA engineers, 2 UI/UX designers. They were very much professional in handling the project.

We have been using the software for 3 months now. I can boldly say that the ERP system has saved 50% of our time and increased our efficiency by 80%. I believe, if we continue to use it for next 1 year, we will be able to make our process hundred times faster and organized than before.

They used Jira to manage the project. They divided the whole project into small sprints and after each sprint completion they took our feedback. They used Slack for communication. After every 3 weeks, they did face to face meeting with us to fix the issues and take our feedback. They delayed for around 3 months, but we are ok with that because a lot of decisions were delayed due to our input.

I must say, their knowledge and experience are outstanding. Besides this, their communication, problem solving skill, new idea etc were very much impressive.

We hired VISER X for developing a web application to manage our projects online. Our goal was to bring automation in our tasks.

How did you select VISER X and what were the deciding factors?

We heard about VISER X from one of our friends. Deciding factors were their positive reviews, past projects and dedication of work.

VISER X did everything from Scratch. First of all they showed us the Sprints, then they completed UI-UX design, once we approved, they started developing the whole project. They used Laravel as backend and jQuery at fronend along with tailwind css.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

1 dedicated project manager, 2 laravel developers, 1 frontend developer, 1 UI-UX designer and 1 QA engineer worked with us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are very happy with the outcome. There were small bugs which they fixe over time. Their after development service is very good.

They are boss at communication. We used Slack to communicate. After every Sprint they set meeting with us to show the progress of work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They used an agile methodology to complete the project which was very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They couldn't meet the project deadline, they took 1 month extra to complete the project. Though we were responsible slightly here. We were not able to provide them feedback on time which delayed the project.

Khaas Food is an e-commerce platform coupled with a chain of brick-and-mortar stores for safe and pure foods in Bangladesh. In a country of more than 160 million people, safe food is definitely a priority for both the current and future generations and that is where our food platform comes in.

We hired VISER X for some digital marketing services like Search engine optimization, Social media marketing, PPC Ad, Website conversion optimization and ecommerce site management.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal for the project is to continuously increase the targeted traffic to the site through organic and paid methods. At the same time, we wanted to give our customer a better experience within the website through speed optimzation, UX optimization etc.

In Bangladesh, VISER X is doing good as a digital marketing agency. We heard their name from our other business owners to which VISER X provided service.

So, we shortlisted 3 companies, did meeting with them and finally took decision to work with VISER X as their presentation, experience, knowledge everything was better than other two.

We started with website management service. VISER X is maintaining everything properly. After getting this service properly, we assigned them to work for generating traffic to our website.

Then they started providing SEO services for our website and came our with excellent result. Besides this we got services of PPC ad management and social media marketing.

What was the team composition?

We communicated first with their web development team, a key account manager handled the whole process. Inside their theam, their web developers worked in the project.

While availing digital marketing services, we communicated directly with the head of digital marketing. Our team worked with their SEO Team Leader, One social media manager and their head of content writing team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, after their work our website got a very smooth and fast platform for better user experience. They optimized the speed a lot. Besides this, they worked for conversion optimization and it worked dramatically.

Besides this, they handles social media marketing in such a way which increases our brand exposures.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were good at work, but I found it little slow because of synchronization of work among different teams. Overall, they are very much knowledgeable and their experience level is very high.

They know what they are doing and implements everything perfectly. The best thing is, they maintained transparency in every aspect of their work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I like the way they maintained the digital marketing strategies and implemented them. They explained everything upfront and made us understand what they will do, what could be the result and how we will measure things. We never got such thing in any other agency.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They can improve their reporting system, they send report once a month. If they could send report every week, it would help us to track the work easily.
