At mementor, an interdisciplinary team of experts in psychology, medicine, and software development works together to create digital health applications for sleep medicine and related fields. Surveys indicate that approximately one-third of the adult population experiences sleep problems, while around 10% meet the diagnostic criteria for a clinical sleep disorder (insomnia). Despite this, only a small fraction of those affected receive professional treatment. Our mission is to close this gap in care. To achieve this, we developed "somnio", a digital sleep training program that became the first prescription digital therapeutic in the field of sleep medicine.
