Virtuous Techlogic developed a Flutter Android and iOS application from a single codebase, which was very important for us because it simplified maintenance and ensured consistency across devices. The mobile app included hotel browsing, room booking workflows, personalized travel recommendations, secure authentication, customer account management, and multilingual support. On the backend side, they implemented a scalable architecture using Supabase and Firebase services. The team configured authentication systems, realtime database synchronization, cloud storage for hotel media assets, and multiple API integrations with external booking and operational systems. They also handled third-party integrations connected to payment systems, booking confirmations, notifications, analytics tools, and customer communication services. One of the most valuable deliverables was the admin dashboard. Our internal staff can now manage reservations, guest activity, hotel content updates, promotions, and operational reporting from one centralized environment. They also assisted with database migration from some of our older systems into the new infrastructure, which was a sensitive process because we needed to preserve historical customer data. What I appreciated most was that they were thinking beyond coding. The realtime database setup improved synchronization between systems, and the scalable backend architecture gave us confidence that we can continue expanding the platform without rebuilding the entire infrastructure later. The migration from older systems into the new environment was also completed successfully without major disruption to our ongoing hotel operations, which was extremely important for us.

Apart from that, the collaboration was excellent, and we would absolutely consider working with them again for future hospitality technology initiatives.
