The main goal were as follows:

Step 1. develop a system to help us produce, record, and edit content that would drastically increase exposure (with a gaurentee of 1 million views)

Step 2. Develop a landing page to capture high quality potential clients and funnel them into our own sales process.  By doing this creating an ongoing reliable funnel of new leads. 

Step 3.  Provide all the necessary tools to hand off this process to myself and my team to continue on after our contract was up.

Helped me record and produce extremely high quality short form videos with lighting, recording tech and set up.  All when I have an aversion to being on camera and very low tech skills.

The team is extremely efficient in communication.  They have VERY user friendly processes even for people who dont live in their industry.  They have easy to follow information sheets, instructional videos for every step of the process of set up.   If anything held up the process it was my response time.  They were available daily with any inquries.  Scheduled meetings were within a day if required.  They used SLACK app interface to keep all team members and myself in the loop of every comment and every step.  There were 10-15 team members each handling an aspect of my project.   I still felt very valued and professionally handled even with all those team members.

They are highly organized! They have systemic something that feels very complicated to systemize. They make it so the average person can atart creating content that truly helps they're business but they dont gatekeep the process. They set it up for you and let you take over.

Look it was very expensive and at first I had some sticker shock.  Now being through the process, there is NO reason why they charge any less.   The value received from their service will by FAR exceed the investment for us in the short and long term.

A service that may speed up things and eliminate some frustration would be to build into their package a local expert to come and setup your video studio for you so time-challenged people like myself can get up and running quicker.

Alexandra is always on time and there when we need her.  Alexander is also available to help us with our MetaAds campaign.  Michael, our assigned videographer is slower to respond at times and doesn't always understand what we need done for our videos for our proper and correct branding.  We have to do lots of edits to send to Michael so that he gets a better understanding of what we need.

First of all, the onboarding was really efficient. everything was clear with lots of available resources.

We've been working closely with Lamonica and Elijah on the project.

They have shown to be really proactive with everything, quickly available and even chasing us so that they could deliver more value to us.

The competency of the team cannot be questionned, but the attitude and proactiveness really standed out in our interaction with VC.

They helped us create a high quality content studio. That we have been able to use for short form content, long form, vsls, course recordings and really helped showcase our brand in a very professional light.

We have produced a number of piece of content that performed well on all platform, grew our channel and our brand's authority in our market.

We have been able to deploy the skills we have learnt with them on other aspects of video production not directly part of the service but leveled up what we were doing throughout.

La Monica, my account manager, has been outstanding - she has been extremely positive and encouraging, especially as I worked through anxiety around filming videos, and provided practical, hands-on support with setting up new equipment such as microphones and monitors to mirror my phone screen. She also offered valuable coaching to help me present content confidently and effectively on camera. Meetings were always on time and efficient, and La Monica was very flexible with scheduling to accommodate our different time zones. Overall, the support has been thoughtful, professional, and genuinely client-focused.

They schedule monthly filming sessions and they direct the podcast style filming so all I have to do is show up and talk. I set up my studio space specific to their guidelines. I send them the footage and their team edits the videos. Schedules the videos to post daily to all of my accounts and tracks the progress of the performance of the accounts.

Their main guarantee is 10 million views in 12 months. They work with you for 6 months and then you continue working with your own team posting regularly to their guidelines and if you don't achieve 10 million views in 12 months they will comeback on for free until you achieve 10 million views. At least this is how it was communicated to me.

I think coming up with different processes for creating different styles of videos in a methodical way that still is efficient on time. I like the podcast style videos but we didnt make much use of the "on the job" footage I submitted.
