They’ve helped us clarify our content pillars and audience messaging, generate weekly content ideas tied to business goals, build repeatable templates for short-form videos, establish a posting cadence across platforms, and track performance so we can learn and adjust.

Specifically, we’ve received a written content strategy and platform plan, defined pillars tied to our business objectives, weekly video prompts and script outlines, plug-and-play templates for editing and captioning, a posting cadence we can follow, analytics dashboards, and regular performance feedback. We’ve also had coaching calls to refine our voice and message.

Since working with Viral Coach, we’ve seen a major increase in our weekly content volume, a consistent posting cadence across platforms for the first time, and growth in followers, engagement, and video views month-over-month. Within 30 days, we saw a 61% jump in impressions, a 74% lift in engagement, a 50%–46% surge in followers on TikTok and YouTube, and nearly tripled video views across platforms — simply by implementing the Viral Coach content system.

There have been times when I’ve felt a little unclear about where we’re going and how we’re getting there. I’m fine trusting the process because I really love my team, but outlining the full six-month roadmap so the client can fully understand what/how the process works more tactically would be beneficial.

Our first two videos reached over 1,500 people, whereas our previous videos had only reached about 800 at the maximum. We have not yet noticed changes in engagement such as likes, comments, or shares, and we have not tracked other metrics like follower growth or website visits.

Viral Coach was on top of timing and pushed us to keep moving forward with what we needed to do on our end. They delivered on time.
