We needed help getting more customers through organic and paid social media.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Viral Coach helps me create content. They script the content and guide me on what might be a good idea and what might not be. They also set up the content so that the videos look great and help me shoot the content. In addition, they edit and post the videos. I just have to review the script and shoot the videos; they handle the rest.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve just started working with Viral Coach, so we haven’t seen any results yet. However, Alex and Aidan are real experts on the matter and they have made this experience super easy and fun. They’ve made me feel very comfortable during this vulnerable phase of creating videos, which is completely outside of my comfort zone.

How did Viral Coach perform from a project management standpoint?

Viral Coach delivers on time. We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

The quality of their team members, their professionalism, and the way they set up their business model to train you and then let you go so you can own 100% of the process are impressive.

I was assigned a branding coach to help me with my studio set up and video production. I was given access to software for social media, posting scripting, and content creation 1 on one coaching with Alex. Production calls were made available to me to help me work through my content, as it's been produced, technical set up for cameras and lighting and best practices for recording and producing viral content

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Alexe has a coach has been fantastic and viral coach although I'm not complete with the program has the potential to enhance my business significantly it's helping me understand the value of creation. It's helping me understand the process of creating books and scripts and short form content, so that my content gets notice 
I'm currently in the phase of producing the content But I found that their strategy for content production and video production is much more cost-effective and streamlined than if I were to hire a third-party vendor and because of this, I know that when I get to the end of my contract, I will be able to produce content much cheaper and quicker than my competitors

Yes they've delivered all their items on time. In fact, I have been the bottleneck on producing content. They stay on top of what they should stay on top of and we do all of our communication through a slack where I then set up video production calls, and get wonderful personalized coaching 
And I can tell you from experience that this team knows what they're talking about. I've hired other vendors that were more expensive and they may produce good content, but this team is teaching me how to produce beyond our contract

The quality of the employees is fantastic. My coach is high energy filled with great ideas very positive and reassuring and she keeps the pressure on so that I continue to produce content. Her goal is to get 90 pieces of content tied up so we can put two pieces out per day

Are there any areas for improvement or something Viral Coach could have done differently?

I would've liked a little bit more help with some of the technical aspects. My knowledge on cameras and camera set ups is limited, but if you're willing to put the work in and work through their content, all of the answers can be found there

Viral Coach introduced us to a posting strategy and the Vista Social platform. They helped us write compelling scripts, edit our videos, post our videos, and review our insights. We also got a detailed funnel breakdown and suggestions on how to further optimize it.

Our TikTok videos were getting traction, increasing from 107 to 442 views. However, we didn't notice any changes in lead generation or inquiries as a result of this increased video traction.

They also provide technical guidance, including equipment setup for high-quality filming. I'm left with only opening up the camera and filming based on their instructions.

Viral Coach has been easy to work with. Communication is smooth, they're highly responsive, and they keep things moving without me having to chase them down. They clearly have a structured process in place, which makes the whole experience feel organized and professional.

I've never seen a company that actually guides you through filming and content creation like this. Ross, my account manager, is extremely patient, clearly knows what he's doing, and brings a lot of experience. It's as close as you can get to having everything done for you while still being the face of your own brand.
