With the products Vincere.dev has built for us, we’ve been able to raise investment from VCs. Since we started working with them, all our applications have been running better with better security. Our company has continued growing in the past year thanks to the great development they’ve offered. We’ve also grown our user base.

How did Vincere.dev perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great at meeting deadlines and staying on budget. Vincere.dev always gives clear updates, and we’re very happy with their project management. We use GitHub, Linear, and Slack. We also communicate via Google Meet sometimes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re great developers and very hardworking. The most valuable thing is the trust. We trust Vincere.dev because they have access to large amounts of capital, which is required to fund some of our games. They’ve had hundreds of thousands of dollars that they could have stolen from us, but they’ve never done that.

Overall, their team has always been very trustworthy. It’s been a great experience working with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They lacked a bit of crypto knowledge, but they’ve done well to learn a lot of that crypto stuff for us. Their crypto knowledge isn’t perfect, but it’s very good. They keep learning.

We hired Vincere to develope our mental health platform, Comigo. The project included the creation of a comprehensive web application, a mobile app using React Native, a Chrome extension, and an AI-powered chatbot at the heart of it all. The work leveraged a robust tech stack and various integrations to ensure the platform's effectiveness and reliability.

Key Deliverables:

Web Application:

Patient and Therapist Management: Secure, HIPAA-compliant dashboards for managing patient records, therapy sessions, and clinical notes.
Activity Summaries and Analytics: Tools to monitor patient activities, adherence to therapeutic exercises, and progress over time.
Therapeutic Content Delivery: A library of over 50 therapeutic exercises integrated within the platform for easy access by clinicians.

React Native Mobile App:

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes, they delivered on time, ever time. They were very organized and effective at project management. Over the course of this project and an even larger project I worked on with them a couple years ago their project management tools have changed but they always made it very easy for us as the client. I personally don't like to be too involved in product management so I can focus on being CEO.
I could basically dump features on them, they'd follow up and scrope and groom the features, t-shirt sized epics and tasks, get them into sprints and do a demo ever two weeks. They have QA on their team as well so everything we set it and forget it.

Attention to detail and understanding of how startups need to move since they're entrepreneurs themselves. Clear and regular communication, daily automated GitHub/Slack updates. Things get done and done well without me having to know exactly who is doing what or dealing with the minutiae of the project management, although of course, I kept tabs on the broad strokes myself.
