We hired ViVue to take our existing website hosted on Hubspot and rebuild the entire website from scratch on Wordpress. The goal was not only to migrate everything to the new host, but to create a custom design and theme with interactive features, premium UX/UI elements, and strong SEO optimization. That included building a custom theme, rebuilding all of our core website pages, transfering over 150 blog posts, and planning the new site structure.

They delivered everything they promised and exceeded expecations. The new site they built not only looks amazing, with a high end interactive elements and a design that matches our branding vision perfectly, but it's optimized for speed and SEO with excellent scores on Ahrefs and Page Speed Insights. We have a custom theme, the handoff process was smooth, and we're super happy with everything we received.

ViVue has multiple team members they use for different tasks, with a project manager to keep everything organized and on track from start to finish. They were super responsive at every step, they hit deadlines, they adapted to changes we requested throughout the process, and they offer amazing support after launch to make sure everything is exactly as we want it.

Experience Day is RMIT's largest annual offline event designed for high school students and parents to explore the RMIT campus, discover study options, and gain insight into student life at RMIT. Attendees will have the chance to engage with lecturers, interact with current students, and participate in a variety of engaging activities, including exclusive demo classes for students.  Our promotional campaign will drive traffic to an event landing page for pre-event registrations. It's crucial that the landing page is optimised for conversions to meet our registration targets.  The primary objective is the conversion of traffic into registrations: MANDATORIES: the landing page must align with KV direction from RMIT for Experience Day 2025 be visually appealing and user-friendly with a MOBILE-first approach; be optimised for search engines and is accessible on all devices; provide a seamless user experience from initial visit to registration be responsive and pass all LOADING tests  KEY CONSIDERATIONS FOR LANDING PAGE DESIGN  Overall tone and mood: youthful, dynamic, and festive. The design should reflect the "Onward" theme of the Key Visual, conveying a sense of 'looking towards the future' and 'being ready for new opportunities.' Grid system should be applied in a diverse and flexible manner. We encourage you to experiment with combining shades of the brand colors, animation effects, and hero posing, using the 3 RMIT KV variations as a starting point.  Target: Primary: High school students in Grades 10 – 11 – 12  Secondary: Parents of these students who are less tech-savvy and require a straightforward user experience  Project Scope: Landing page development (design and coding): estimated 4 pages: Home page (featuring highlights of event + registration form) Agenda page for Saigon South Campus event (for users to explore event activities) Agenda page for Hanoi Campus event (for users to explore event activities) Thank you page (as a re-directed destination for successful registrations; and for direct traffic from promotional campaign) Testing and bug fixing to ensure a seamless user experience Develop a Content Management System (CMS) Deployment to RMIT's server

Our website was outdated, both in terms of design and content, but was also inefficient. As we had launched a re-branding (logo, positionning, services, pitch) the year prior, we took the opportunity to renew our website, including the goal to improve our SEO and have more "spontanous" inquiries directly from it.

Vii Vue brought a cost effective / full scope solution, including SEO consulting, web design + we development, and solid references, which made us believe in their capabilities.

After a few first meetings to explain our goals, DNA and available resources, we went through a first phase of content analysis + frame positionning to be the most SEO efficient. Then Vii Vue came up with first website design moodboards, narrowing it down to a few. We've had a lot of back and forth, also because we were un-decisive, and Vii Vue was both patient & helpful in those steps.

Once the design was agreed, Vii Vue handled the development to ensure a strong quick off. Finally, we have received all the process & tools, as well as some training, for us to be independant in managing our newly uploaded website

The website is nice, functional, at the image we wanted. More importantly, it has already shown the succes by receiving an average of 1 inquiry per day throuh the website. The previous one was bringing 2 a year top.

Very effective on their side, with Shared Folder online + email updates & regular visio-meetings when needed. Although we would have preferred physical meetings from time to time, Covid made it impossible. However, the flow was not impacted negatively at all

To this day, our webiste remains highly relevant to the work we do and to the brand clients we talk to - Viivue managed to design and structure a web experience in line with our expectations, and sturdy enough to require very few maintenance and troubleshooting.

From memory, all was done through email, and handled efficiently, within timelines.

Their turnaround time, responsiveness, and understanding of our brief's requirements. It only took them a few weeks from the day we sent the brief over to provide us with a comprehensive proposal, which was a very close to what we ended up as a final outcome.

This thorough understanding allowed us to move fast and reach an end result efficiently. Moreover, Viivue manages to be available and helpful, they didn't hesitate to go out of their consulting scope to ensure all parties share the same understanding.

When BAB Orchis established in 2019, our operation team just simply picked a random vendor from the internet to setup a website for us. The job was done within a week and the result was not acceptable. The website just looks like a copy other cheap E-commerce sites out there which are created from the same template. We hired ViiVue Web Design Company to develop a complete new E-Commerce website which is unique for us and match with our business vision and mission.

We search online for a few web design companies as well as getting references from businesses that have proper E-commerce websites that we like. After shortlisted and interviewed 4 of them, we found that only Viivue Web Design could provide a proper solution with a detailed approach that matched with our expectation.

Unlike other web design companies' proposals that only focused on the technical details, the approach we had with Viivue Web Design was very unique and very effective. Before going into the technical details of the web design, we had a one full day workshop to discuss in details about our business strategy. The workshop was conducted by a marketing professional. The workshop helped us to understand our business vision, our markets, our customers. From there we can visualize the customer journey and experiences they will have when shopping online with us. Only from there, Viivue Web Design will develop a mock up with a unique art direction for our BAB Orchids. After a few iterations, we agreed on the final design. Viivue design team and developer team started to add items, ordering and payment components in and we went live in 2 months after that.

Compared to our original website we had, this new website done by Viivue Web Design is outstanding from the colour scheme, banner design to the convenient of payment.
