Veza Digital has helped us recoup SEO losses post-site relaunch and get us back on track.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Veza Digital’s agility to shift from web development to design to copywriting to SEO and GA4 when needed is impressive. They’ve done this throughout our 15 months working together so far.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Veza Digital has forewarned us that relaunching a site typically leads to a drop in site performance before bouncing back. If we’re nitpicking, they could have been more proactive in helping us take the steps to get the site’s performance back on track.

We had a period where there were several iterations required, and it felt like some focus had been lost.  However, we regained it towards the latter third of the project.

There were several rounds of changes and improvements, which sometimes reduced the team's enthusiasm.  Perserverance and acceleration through challenge would be an area.
