We needed some new websites. Our previous sites were good, but they lacked depth, optimization, and credibility. For SEO, some things were missing. We had a few pain points and needed to upgrade; it was the right time to push forward towards something new with a lot more power behind it. Veza Digital provides us with web development. They’ve built a website for one of our products from scratch using Webflow, Figma, and InVision. We had some specifications from a branding standpoint, and we provided them with a branding style guide. Our previous websites served as a foundation from a copy standpoint. Additionally, we looked at a few other websites and pulled a few samples that we gave Veza Digital. 

As a part of the new website, they helped us with images and animations. Adding to that, they built SEO work into the site. Currently, we’re in the maintenance stage, and Veza Digital is working on web optimization, including Google Analytics and A/B testing of landing pages, buttons, and site performance. We have plans for them to build three other websites.

We worked with Stefan (Founder & CEO) to start, and then he passed us over to the team. Jamal (Director of Partnerships) is our project manager and lead, and we’ve worked with designers. In total, we’ve worked with 5–6 people from Veza digital throughout the process.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The main metric is that the new website is live — Veza Digital got the project over the finish line. Now, we’re in the process of optimization and maintenance, which will take some time to figure out. 

How did Veza Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve been really impressed with their team through the whole process, ever since the initial conversations. Like with all big projects, there have been things we’ve had to update and change, coming back to the drawing board. Veza Digital has been attentive, skillful, and on top of things. Jamal is talented at managing his team, keeping us updated, and translating our needs. We’ve felt taken care of the whole way, and I would surely recommend Veza Digital to others if they want a world-class web-building experience. 

In terms of communication, we have Slack, and we use Google Docs and Google Sheets to lay things out. Figma has played a big role in collaboration as well. Although they use other tools, we don't see them.

Veza Digital’s relation-building elements distinguish them from other providers. They deliver on a human level, making an experience like this really positive. While you can always find a place to get a good website, we’ve built authentic and genuine friendships with Veza Digital’s team — that’s what makes them stand out.

As professionals and as people, we’ve been really impressed with who they are and how they operate. As we’ve moved into the project, working with Veza Digital has been a tremendous experience from personal and business standpoints. They understand who we are and what we want to accomplish. We see them as team members now; we were looking for a long-term partner to create many websites and provide ongoing maintenance, and we found that with Veza Digital. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have had a little more care and attention when we first started. There was a slight miscommunication during our first review meeting, and they missed the mark on some things that we wanted. This stumble out the gate was due to a lack of clarity. However, Veza Digital rectified the issue and by the next meeting, we were dynamite and ready to rock thereon.

Veza Digital is 100% worth the investment! They will bend over backward to ensure that you get exactly what you need. They’ll build great relationships and be more than just an agency creating a product; you’ll add members to your team, which feels really good. 

My advice is to stop trying to get some cut-price deal somewhere else and sacrifice things when it’s well worth the investment to do this right the first time. That’s what Veza Digital offers, and it’s why we’ll continue to work with them.

Our website was created many years ago and was out-dated. So we needed to redesign and incorporate new content and wording for our solutions and newer products that were not on the older website.

We had a kick off meeting to discuss the deliverables both for projects design and the architecture of the website. We made a move away from Wordpress and adopted the new web development client Webflow. The key deliverables were a refreshed design and to structure some of the original content of our older website that needed to be transferred over to the new website, along with new content that we had procured based on internal meetings.

Project manager was our main point of contact, we also had meetings with a designer and a few web developers during the course of the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are finished with the project now, but we are not launched yet as we still have to make adjustments to the copy and schedule a launch date that required approvals.

We had a weekly update and a number of meetings to review bigger milestones. We used Slack and Email to ensure we are communicating efficiently.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They use Webflow for web development and encouraged us to leave Wordpress for Webflow. They trained us on how to use Webflow and were always available to answer our questions for navigating how to use the new web client

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could improve on using more original designs as some of the design content were taken from stock websites.

Additionally, we’ve received good and positive feedback from the website users. Overall, we’re 100% with their work on meeting our expectations.

I’m the lead engineer at Assignments.ca, a Canada-based pre-construction and assignment contracts sales company. We’re the first to launch a marketplace that connects people buying and selling such contracts.

What challenge were you trying to address with Veza Digital?

Currently, assignments are traded through word of mouth, eBay, and Craigslist. We wanted a centralized marketplace where folks could safely buy and sell pre-construction and assignment contracts. 

Although I could handle the development myself, we had a tight timeline to get to market. With that, we needed development support for this project.

Additionally, we needed support in social media marketing and SEO. We were looking for someone to set up our Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter accounts. We also wanted a partner that could help us design our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Veza Digital provided us with frontend development for our prototype, and they also helped us build some of the required custom plugins. They used WordPress, PHP, HTML, and CSS throughout the process. 

They also helped us structure the site’s information architecture, working on our site map and Google index. They set up our on- and off-page SEO and designed our platform’s UI/UX. Their team developed our online strategy and figured out the keywords and descriptions for each of our site’s pages. They also helped us set up email marketing templates. 

In addition, Veza Digital assisted us in gathering the information that we needed for our site, including pre-construction locations, prices, details, and amenities. They collected the data from various sources and helped me build scripts to scrape data about the builders and properties.

After launch, we’ve seen fast growth with our platform, gaining close to 2,000 users and 150–200 leads per month.

How did Veza Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Veza Digital was outstanding at project management. We had 2–3 meetings per week to keep us on track and updated. They were responsive to our questions and accommodating to our schedule, even though they were located in different time zones. 

They were agile, and everything was delivered on time. We communicated through Slack, Google Meet, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Veza Digital’s project management skills and technical leadership were impressive. When I felt something needed improvement, I would tell them. They would react right away and give me what I needed.

I can’t think of anything. I didn’t have any high-level issues with their work.

We did some research and narrowed our list down to a handful of vendors. We chose Veza based on their response time, amount of resources, quality of work we could see, cost, timeline, and 24/7 support.

We are yet to launch our website in Webflow, but I've been impressed at the speed at which Veza has been working to meet our deadline and I suspect the new site will perform well for us.

We used a Slack channel for communication, Veza sends a weekly email update and we have a recurring check-in meeting with both teams.

I'm continually impressed at the speed and quality of their communication, as well as their ability to handle our questions and requests and professionalism.

Not at all.

Veza Digital created our website. We provided them with our preferred copy and content, since we were very specific about that. We also gave examples of website designs that we liked. 

From there, they proceeded to develop the website — they took our copy and content and organized everything into a logical flow. After that, they worked on the site’s domain hosting. Once the site was built, they onboarded our team on using the platform, and they also handled its launch. 

We wanted the site to contain the information we needed. We also made sure we could capture the email of our site’s visitors and metrics about the site’s performance. That way, we could understand how our target audience engages with the site. 

Additionally, Veza Digital developed a software solution for our team. First, we explained the tool’s functionalities and specifications. They then created the program and designed its UI/UX. Again, after finishing development, they trained us on using the tool.

They’ve already finished the bulk of the work, but they provide us with ongoing support.

Their efforts have definitely secured favorable results for us — our campaigns are much more efficient. For example, one of our largest clients has gone from having a ROAS of $1.7 to now having $3.86. 

Another client has also sold out their condominium units. Additionally, the event they’ve promoted for us had 7,500 people in attendance even though only 200 RSVP’d.

Overall, Veza Digital has exceeded our expectations. We’re very satisfied with their work.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re very impressed with the team — it took them only five days to help us establish an e-commerce presence. We’ve gone from being nonexistent to being one of the highest-ranking companies when users input specific keywords on Google.

We have a good amount of site traffic, and we’re getting a lot of sales from our online store. It’s all thanks to their efforts to drive traffic to our site.

How did Veza Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is pretty impressive. Veza Digital has gone above and beyond and adhered to our stringent timelines. 

We have weekly progress meetings via Google Meet where we talk about the project plan. The Veza Digital team guides us with each step of the way, which we appreciate.

During those meetings, they give us very detailed reports. Hence, we always know which teammate is in charge of a task, when they’ll start working on it, and when they’ll finish. 

In terms of tools, we use ClickUp, Trello, and Google Drive. We also communicate through phone calls, text messages, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Veza Digital is professional, diligent, and knowledgeable. They aren’t just in it for the money, but they actually care about the results and want to be part of our success.

Additionally, the team keeps us very well informed — we never have to guess what they’re doing and when they’ll come back to us. If Veza Digital promises to deliver by a specific time, they do it. In fact, they even surpass their deadlines and usually finish early.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any constructive feedback — they’re an expert team that does phenomenal work in every aspect of the engagement. 

I’ve worked with several digital marketing agencies in the past, but after working with Veza Digital, I probably won’t ever work with anyone else.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have an in-depth discovery phase at the beginning of the project. This will help the team understand your business and your industry, and the rest of the process will be easy.

Overall, I highly recommend them.
