Jaideep was handling my project throughout and he was most responsive, many a times even late at night, he would still reply me. Even after the project ended and handover was completed, his support didn't end there. He still supported me with technical issues and queries which a layman like me, find it hard to understand. Sometimes my queries were outside his scope of work, but he was most patient with me. He connects me to the right people and ensures I received the help I need. He made the entire experience stress-free, his professionalism, dedication and genuine willingness to help are truly rare in any organisation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Verz Design could have done differently?

The initial phase could have been done faster :) Itemisation for yearly website maintenance can be more detailed. Currently it is too vague, I'm not sure what I am paying for, hence I did not renew the subscription in the end.
