This is a family owned business, I am the owner and got the chance to work with the web development team directly.

For what projects/services did your company hire Verve Systems Pvt. Ltd., and what were your goals?

We have 2 different companies. Initially I hired them to create a new website for one of the existing websites we have. However, down the line we ran into some challenges in being able to fully customize on the new site.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We then made the decision to keep our site as it was and to rather use the work they had already done to create a website for the second company that had no online presence. This decision worked in our favor because now we have 2 live sites

We used WooCommerce to create the new site.

We worked with 2, one was the main web development lead and the second handled payment from us.

The website is up and running and we are now working on SEO so hard to say exactly how much traffic is coming in but we do have a functioning website now.

We used email for all communication and occasionally would hold a meeting on google to go over any further details

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are able to find solutions for even the slightest issue.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Some of the changes I asked for I did not know costed extra, I thought it was part of the original scope of work to fix the minor bugs. However their pricing for everything was reasonable.

We needed someone to develop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Verve Systems Pvt. Ltd. designed and developed our website on WordPress from scratch using PHP and Laravel. Regarding functionalities, the site allows landlords to list a property with descriptions and images so agents can go on and check it out, contact the landlord directly from there, and find out what they’re getting paid.

Verve Systems Pvt. Ltd. also provided maintenance for a few months and set up hosting through AWS.

What is the team composition?

We had just one main point of contact from their team.

We worked together from September 2021–August 2022.

We had a great time working with Verve Systems Pvt. Ltd.; they fixed everything on time, their work was great, and they delivered everything they had promised.

How did Verve Systems Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication was great; they got back to us even during non-business hours and kept a good commitment to timelines. Regarding tools, we used WhatsApp and Trello.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team's responsiveness was their best attribute.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn't think there was anything they could do better.

Ensure they have everything they need and be detailed with your requirements.

Our client needed an updated website with a forum and news feed. We decided to develop in WordPress and Verve presented a good design and plan.

They were a good team that delivered fast results.

We were provided with a mockup after a meeting where we provided the specifications. After we looked at the iterations we were confident that verve would provide us with a good quality website.
