We initially asked Verseo to improve advanced reporting in HubSpot. When their ideas and actions turned out to be consistent with our requirements, it was time for a much more extensive task. This included integrating HubSpot email automation with our invoicing system, allowing proforma invoices and then final invoices to be automatically sent to our clients. They also created an automation process to generate PDF spreadsheets with data on various metrics, including member satisfaction with services in the community.

Improved data consistency in reports, reduced manual effort and tons of time saved by automating your invoice workflow. Moreover, automated satisfaction reports provide up-to-date information that helps us improve.

The team performed tasks that would have been impossible without expert knowledge - including writing from scratch the integration of the HubSpot system with external services or tools, while also playing an advisory role and taking into account the "human factor".

Verseo has been fantastic to work with, and they delivered results that met or exceeded our expectations. If there’s any area for potential improvement, it might be in providing even more frequent updates on smaller milestones. That said, any time we reached out for updates or clarification, they responded quickly and thoroughly.

Verseo was responsible for preparing and executing an audit of selected platforms, including ASUS and key retailers websites using wide variety of tools. Research done by UX specialists was followed with IDI research which gave us wider picture of how our site is perceived by end users.

Significant increase in SEO results right from the start of the cooperation. Steadily increasing results of Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. The fact that our cooperation continues is the best proof of the quality of Verseo services.

This consists of 2 things. 1 point is that the instructions from Verseo are concrete and I always know what needs to be changed/implemented on our side. My partners never promise impossible things and are always ready to help. The 2nd point is my attitude: I know that some activities, such as SEO, need more time to bring a visible effect. The project began with a precise brief. After that, Verseo specialists started identifying crucial target groups in the group of overall website's visitors. Then the website was analyzed in terms of compatibility with the key groups and their digital habits and characteristics. Analysis consisted of, among others, observation of heat maps, user flow etc.

The scope of work also covered configuration of web analytics, e.g. setting up custom events in order to test conversion precisely. After conducting analyses and tests, Verseo presented us with an extensive report with conclusions and recommendations.

After implementing Verseo’s recommendations the conversion rate for tickets for the festival increased by 262,26% in comparison to the previous period. We also noted increase in the merchandise store (i.e. conversion rate of t-shirts increased by 20%)

All recommendations were based on thorough examination of the users’ behavior on the website and supported by very strong academic sources as well as specialists’ experience in a given field. After implementing suggested improvements, the conversion rate quickly increased by over 25% compared to the previous period.

We can honestly say that both the actual audit and the communication were characterized with a high level of professionalism, with very quick contact on both sides.

At first Alasta’s PPC campaigns (with the usage of Google Ads) were targeted only at the Polish market, but it quickly became obvious that there is much more potential. Not long after starting the cooperation with Verseo, Alasta began advertising in other countries: Germany, then France, Sweden and Romania, then Spain, and finally also Italy. As a result of SEO services, the online store’s visibility has increased significantly, leading to an increase in profits.

In the first months the budget was around $3500 per month, but the campaigns proved to be effective, now in key periods (Black Friday / Holidays) our budgets reach $30,000.

What is truly impressive, in 2021, we generated 197% more revenue from our Google Ads campaigns than in 2020 (which was the pandemic year and in general the strongest year for e-commerce businesses).
