I'm the owner of a clothing company specializing in the creation of men's & women's apparel.

For what projects/services did your company hire Vedesoft, and what were your goals?

We worked with Vedesoft for basically everything possible - from basic HTML to complex speed, integration, functionality optimization, design - UI/UX and more.

How did you select Vedesoft and what were the deciding factors?

We worked with a range of developers and companies in the past, we found Vedesoft through a colleague of ours and we decided to see how we can work together, since then we feel so happy to know them and work with them on a regular basis.

Since we started working with Vedesoft we began clearing and fixing the major issues such as load speed, weight, removing unnecessary code and anything that can optimize our website and make it more competitive. Since the initial start our company regularly requested changes and further implementations from Vedesoft which were resolved in matter of days.

With each implementation we have less and less details to optimize or redesign and our website functions quite well.

How many people from the Vedesoft team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We've always communicated with the main project manager and founder of the company. We trusted his opinion and we never felt the need to communicate with someone else from his team, the way we collaborate is quite sufficient.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

With each project our website began to become more and more user-friendly and professional, thus resulting in more visits, we migrated to better hosting, better seo optimization and all the web development was crucial in all these aspects.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Communication was easy between our company and Vedesoft, we mainly communicate by email, on the phone, live meetings. Each project was finished in timely manner - not more than two-three weeks for larger tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way they understand us and the fact that whenever we ask something which sounds almost impossible, they say 'there is nothing impossible' and indeed they comeback with a solution which works accordingly. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are still working together and there are things that we will work on, so we look forward for the future projects with Vedesoft. We are truly pleased with our work with Vedesoft.

I am professor at Economic Research Institute at BAS and Editor-in-Chief of Economic Thought journal.

The purpose of the contract was t develop fully fledged web site of the journal to be used by its readers, authors and reviewers.

Based on previous experience with this company.

The project implementation went through the following steps:

• Preparation and discussion of TOR.
• Collection of data and development of new contents.
• Preparation of initial version of the site.
• Feedback and discussions
• Preparation of new site and importation of full data package.
• Fine tuning.

One project manager, one designer and 2 IT experts.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The site is brand new, launched in July 2022. So far, we have not any qualitative measurement about its functioning. Feedbacks from colleagues are positive.

We had day-to-day communication with the project manager. All team reacts positively and fast to our concerns and requirements.

The company is well structured to meet requirements from its clients.

In their very dynamic sector the company have to be always in line with the latest novelties and products.
