Design three new reports that met front office requirements to be able to easily discuss with a host of clients. Vector were pivotal in initial design, reviewing feedback and working iteratively to deliver a exceptionally asethetically pleasing document that met all stakeholder requirements.

Items delivered in a timely manner and to an exceptionally high standard. From the outset Vector were clear in understanding the urgency of the project but also understood that the quality mattered even more. They set out a project plan and delivered it.

Authoritative, informed expert guidance on how best to implement our vision. They did not hesitate to push our design ideas forward into a more creative (and ultimately better) space, nor did they hesitate to tell us when they thought the design ideas should be avoided. They held our inexperienced hands throughout the design and build process.

For me the combination of overall marketing expertise as well as good quality graphic and UX/UI design brought exactly what we needed. The team very quickly understood our business and the nuances of our sector but were able to apply their wider expertise in marketing B2B SaaS to what we were doing. 
We have really benefited from both their direct outputs and their advice and guidance in general.

Vector helped us in 3 key areas: 

1. Initially they did a UX review of the marketing and product and identified several areas where the UX could be optimised. This took the form of a report with annotated screenshots long with actionable recommendations for the dev team to work on straight away. 
2. We asked them to refresh the design of the homepage based on the work above. Working closely with me, they put together a number of wireframes with alternative layouts and then developed a hi fidelity design for what became the next version of the MeasureMatch homepage. This took the form of a Figma design for handover to our inhouse development team. 
3. They redesigned a key screen within the platform - the expert profile - to help us boost the engagement and ultimately the responses from potential customers. Very similar process to the above but this time they created a clickable prototype that we could test internally and iterate before creating hi-fidelity designs to handover to the internal development team.

Ultimately, we wanted to lift marketplace signups and customer spending. We achieved this goal over the following 12 months.

We worked with Vector at a critical stage of Ticket Tailor's growth, when the brand needed to mature to reflect our scale and broadening user base. They were primarily tasked with delivering a brand refresh, design concepts for a new website and managing 3rd party copywriters, illustrators and web developers to execute the site implementation. 

Such was the success of that project - and given we were a small team with no in-house design capabilities - Vector become our ongoing design partner, helping us with all content that required design.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new website established Ticket Tailor as a leading white-labelled ticketing provider and was the foundation of our growth for the following years. Leads would often comment that "they knew they'd choose us just from the website alone"... and this was reflected in our sign-up figures which have grown annually by 40% since go-live. The website design successfully conveyed the reliability of our platform, the simplicity of the interface and the values we hold as a business. 

Sanjay and the Vector team have deep knowledge of the Saas sector and applied this to their work with Ticket Tailor - bringing valuable insights to improve lead conversion, SEO performance and increase product awareness. The project was delivered in record time and on budget, which is almost unheard of for large projects like new website implementations. Since then, Vector has continued to evolve our brand and ensure consistency across all channels.
