VEA is on top of its game when it comes to our account. We have a Project Manager, Tess, who keeps track of everything in regard to our account and then teams for each scope of our project. Having a dedicated team for each scope of work is an incredible asset.

Each team can concentrate on the specific parts of our project and deliver the results we are looking for.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Same answer as before with this addition: VEA proved to be super compatible with Manor regarding personalities and team mindset. It was incredibly easy for each of us to communicate transparently and enjoy a good laugh simultaneously.

Are there any areas for improvement or something {provider_name} could have done differently?

All new marketing relationships take time for both parties to "figure each other out".VEA did this very quickly with minor adjustments needed throughout the campaigns.

I’m an executive at an event venue. We host different events, including weddings, corporate and private events, and ticketed events.

We’re a fairly new business, so we needed assistance developing our website and SEO strategy to attract more clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

VEA Technologies has developed our company’s website and manages our SEO strategy. We had an initial site that they were working on optimizing, but we realized it would be easier and time-saving if they built it from scratch on their platform. 

VEA Technologies has designed and developed our site on WordPress since we wanted to be able to manipulate it. They also offer us web hosting and maintenance services. 

Moreover, VEA Technologies manages our SEO strategy and Google Ads campaigns. They research keywords and adjust the strategy as required. VEA Technologies has created blog posts as part of our SEO strategy, although they don’t do it anymore.

What is the team composition?

I work with Jerid (Co-Founder), Tess (Account Operations Manager), CJ (PPC Coordinator), and Garrette (Creative Director). My main points of contact are Jerid and Tess. 

How did you come to work with VEA Technologies?

We first started working with another company that was rebuilding our website. This company extended their business to Colorado, which is where VEA Technologies is located, and part of their business merged with VEA Technologies.

We’ve spent around $25,000 with VEA Technologies.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with VEA Technologies in March 2021, and our partnership is ongoing. They completed our site in December 2021 and still manage our SEO strategy.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

VEA Technologies sends us monthly reports, and we see our results improving. The Google Ads campaign has helped us hit this year’s weddings goal for the first time since we started our business, and we’ve even surpassed that goal by a few weddings. 

We’ve also seen an increase in web traffic and improved our search result position. 

How did VEA Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate on a regular basis through monthly Zoom meetings, and VEA Technologies is very responsive. They meet deadlines and stay on budget. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with VEA Technologies’ service offer. They provide different service options and explain how they could benefit us. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

On the other hand, VEA Technologies is constantly offering us other services that are not in our budget. I wished they didn’t try to sell me something at every meeting. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend being open to the opportunities VEA Technologies provides. You can trust they’ll handle your project with professionalism, but you have to be clear about your project’s goal and budget. Once you communicate your project’s scope to VEA Technologies, you can trust them, and they’ll complete the service you hired them for.

I’m the customer service manager for S&M Moving Systems, and we do corporate and logistical relocations for the transportation and trucking industry.

What challenge were you trying to address with VEA Technologies?

We needed help in revamping our website because it was outdated and not functional. We also needed support in our digital marketing efforts, particularly with SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave VEA access to our website, and we told them our goals for the project. They then proceeded to rebuild our website completely. 

After that, VEA set up our SEO campaign to bring us back on the map. Before our partnership, you have to look up to pages 9–10 to find our website. They worked to get our brand in front of people looking for household movers and logistics partners.

Aside from SEO improvements, VEA worked on our ad campaigns on Facebook and other platforms. They also helped us with our blogs; they made sure we were out there on social media.

I worked mostly with Jerid (Co-Founder) and Adam (VP of Technology) in building the site. Meanwhile, Tara (Lead Copywriter) did our blogs, and Austin (Video Director) helped us with videos.

Our engagement lasted from September–December 2020.

Our site traffic increased, our conversion rate trended up, and we ranked on the first four spots on Google. We had all those improvements while our cost per conversion remained low. The website did what it was designed to do.

VEA was good at project management. I never had any issues with their team, and they were quick to respond. Our problems had been minor, which were quickly resolved.

VEA had been a cutting-edge digital marketing agency. They were knowledgeable about SEO and Google rankings. They got our product in front of our customer base.

I can’t think of anything.

VEA Technologies does geolocation, as well as Facebook Ads and Google Ads. The team does content production, including blog posts and social media management. They’ve also made some e-commerce changes to our website.

I work directly with two teammates, and indirectly with four.

They were recommended to us and we were impressed with what VEA Technologies showed us and what they said they could provide. Their care for the customer and ability to adjust if needed were the two criteria we looked at.

We began working with them a little over a year ago, and we’re still working with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve seen more website traffic and online sales. We’re now able to collect money online, which wasn’t the case before I started at the company. They work really well.

How did VEA Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

VEA Technologies uses a piece of software to send us reports, and we use the Google Suite as well. They’re easy to work with and quick to adapt to our change requests. The team gives us detailed monthly reports and explains them for those of us on the team who aren’t experts.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their customer service stands out. VEA Technologies is easily reachable and understanding. They’re never afraid to give us ideas and execute them. They’re young and fresh but also professional. Overall, they know what they’re doing, so I’m glad we’re working with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I have no suggestions. Everything they do is beyond what we pay them for.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions and seek out the answers you’re looking for. If you don’t know something, VEA Technologies will explain it to you. They use Google Suite, but if you’re not used to that, I have no doubt that they will switch to your preferred platform.

Blue Ox is a manufacturing company that makes recreational towing products. We build trailer hitches and towbars for motorhomes and RVs. I’m the marketing and creative manager.

What challenge were you trying to address with VEA Technologies?

We run our website through a partnership with one of our distributors. We were looking to increase sales, so we hired VEA Technologies to do website maintenance and also build our SEO presence on Google search engines.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Each week, we have a call with VEA Technologies, where they update us on our SEO performance and internet presence. It keeps us informed as to what products are moving up in consumer searches, and then we can adjust that by market to improve sales.

They also help us target our markets where we’re not performing as well, but we know we have a consumer presence there that’s interested in our project. Based on VEA Technologies findings, we can go in and adjust our spending to go after those target markets, state by state and region by region, so we can increase our sales in those areas.

Currently, we’re working together to build a new website.

I’ve worked with about four different people. I know they have other people working on the project in the background, but my contact is with leads from our design, SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook programs.

Someone in our organization knew VEA Technologies’ principal. He put together a proposal, and though we talked to some other companies, we found they were the most knowledgeable in regard to the campaigns that we wanted to run.

We’ve been working together since January 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

VEA Technologies has absolutely achieved the goals we set for our engagement. We’ve had a marked increase in website sales. We’ve also made quite a few necessary improvements to the backend of the website.

Also, with VEA Technologies we can do everything related to our website in-house. It’s really helpful to not have to deal with two or three agencies — they can provide the whole suite of services that we need in order to have a presence on the internet.

How did VEA Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via email and telephone. There’s never been a problem with meeting deadlines. Sometimes, we have different ideas about how things should look, but they always adapt and move forward very quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their adaptability is really impressive. The quality of VEA Technologies’ responses to my questions or any changes I’ve made is really noteworthy.

There’s nothing really that comes to mind. For the most part, we don’t have any problems at all.

Know exactly what you want, so you can provide enough information and feedback so that they’re able to move forward on the project.

I am the CEO of Mad Ramps, a pivoting ramp system company. We manufacture the system in-house, which you hitch to your truck to allow you to load an ATV or side-by-side golf cart. The system gives users room in the back of their truck and allows them to do away with trailers.

VEA Technologies provided digital marketing services for us. To start, they pitched ways to solve our problems and increase sales. They went on to run our PPC and SEO campaigns. The VEA Technologies team went on to write blog content for our website.

We were initially seeing orders every few days, but now see larger size orders on a daily basis. The engagement also helped get us in front of some big retail players, such as Bass Pro.

We have monthly or biweekly calls where they present all of our metrics to us, including our traffic, conversion rate, and sales. Our teams also communicate via email, text, and calls. I can reach them at any time.

Their customer service is top-notch. They never push services we don’t need and took the time to educate me on digital marketing. VEA Technologies is transparent and confident.

The communication tools are relatively informal. We use Google Docs because that’s what I asked for. The way I like to do things is with a punch list that we both can see. We can put things on it, and then take things off of it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

VEA Technologies gets it. Adam (Head of Wed Development) is the guy I work directly with. I don’t have to tell him the same thing over and over. They’re very communicative.

When things don’t go quite as planned, they’ll come right back and let us know that we need to go in a different direction. I deeply appreciate that they’re communicative of the problems and solutions.

I suppose I wish they were a little faster, but I’m not sure if that’s realistic because they are pretty fast. I just want everything done yesterday.
