Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Director of Shahruh Technologies PVT. Limited, we are primarily product development company and we often collaborate with companies in IT & software development sector to get and exchange IT services. I am Head of Business at Shahruh Technologies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Vastmesh, and what were your goals?

We needed a custom CRM software to manage clients and leads of all our products in one place and for that matter we hired vastmesh.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Vastmesh had a great web development portfolio and team members were dedicated. Dedication and the ability to complete the project in time were the main deciding factors.

The project was developed in PHP Laravel and the key deliverables were prospect management, task management, email marketing schedulers etc.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

2-3 members worked on our project and they were from technology department, CRM department and business development department.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was done on time and quality and we are still using the solution and we like it.

We used slack for communication and Trello boards for task assignments and management. We adopted Agile methodology to get this project done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of work delivered and the dedication of the team toward the project was really impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are planning new phases for this project, we could do it in start but we first wanted to establish connection and trust.
