What specific goals or objectives did you hire Varti Studio to accomplish?

• We hired Varti Studio team on a White Label basis. Due to our heavy workload, we were looking for a professional design studio that would help us create a website design from scratch for our regular client. That is why the main requirement was a high level of design skills, the ability to create a design from scratch, including all stages: from User Research to the creation of diverse concepts, unique UI design, as well as a clickable prototype.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Work on the website included the following stages: UX Research, creating User Flow, Wireframes design, creating several visual design concepts, UI design, clickable prototype. As a result, we received a Figma file with the final design, as well as a clickable prototype. During the development process, Varti also provided support to ensure that all elements were implemented correctly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Following the successful launch of the website, we conducted in-depth research and discerned a compelling trend among users. Notably, there was a substantial engagement from individuals who not only spent a significant amount of time exploring the website but also actively placed orders, indicating a strong interest and conversion within our user base.

This project had clear and tight deadlines; it was divided into sprints that had to be completed on time. Varti demonstrated the progress of the work every day, quickly responded to comments and made the necessary edits. As a result of excellent communication and teamwork, the project was completed on time.

We worked with several team members, including designers, a project manager and an art director. Each of them did their job flawlessly. Every time any work issue arose, it was resolved quickly and efficiently, no matter what stage of the project it concerned. These guys are truly excellent professionals in their field!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Varti Studio could have done differently?

It’s difficult for us to recommend anything to Varti Studio, as it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. I would like to wish them to grow, increase their staff of professional employees and expand the list of services provided.
