One of our client's requied BI level reporting off their SuiteCRM instance. I selected Sapiens BI on a free trial. I installed the extension and started working with it to see if it could fill our need, which it did and when I ran into any hurdles the team were very repsonsive and now that we have solved everything for the client we can launch the solution to live.

I worked with the Urvi and a number of people in Technical Support.

Using the Sapiens BI tool we brought the activity in the CRM to life so that the value of usign such a product is demonstratable.

The comms between our teams were very effective and timely.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Honestly, I was surprised at how excellent their technical support and how responsive they were as as I have had a much different experience with other vendors through the same platform in the past (one took a year to write back. A year!).

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything. They worked with me until all needs were met. Can't ask for more than that.

It has helped a lot and reduced operational overhead. We quickly see a recording of the Incoming/Outgoing call from the CRM system integrated with the telephony system.

We can quickly see report and analytics of the entire operation quickly from CRM Tracking customer calls is faster. The solution is faster with ticketing systems and task assignment

We are very happy with project management from Variance. We communicate with the team via phone, WhatsApp, google meet, Zoom call, and Email. Communication was good and transparent.

Variance has to improve in communication and implementation specifically in Integration with the telephony system. They're good at that but they can improve that area a bit.
