    Our assigned project manager is highly efficient. He updates us constantly and replies instantly to requests we submit. In meetings, he contributes his own ideas and suggestions.

    Their team is responsive and provides uninterrupted support. Members of our team will send request and support issues to them from multiple time zones and each will receive a reply immediately. Issues are never kept pending for more than 8–12 hours.
