The Variance Team provided us a mobile application platform that added efficiency to the daily use of our CRM. Our field service techs are now able to get live information from our CRM and provide updates on site. The app works seamlessly with our CRM and the user interface is simple and easy to use. Out of the many years that we are using their product, we had to reach out to their support team one time. Their support team was very responsive and got the issue resolved very quickly.
