Our team has designed the Coco Messenger app screens entirely and we partnered with Vardhaman Infotech to develop the app for Android and iOS. The Coco app has every feature and functionality which other top-rated messenger apps have such as, video & voice calling, document sharing, group chats, group video & voice calls, etc. 

We provided the team with the design assets and they took care of the APIs, front-end and back-end, testing, and deployment

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our client was highly impressed with the outcome. The app functioned smoothly and everything was up to mark. The app is currently being used as an internal communication tool in one of the Fortune 500 companies.

The team communicated with us at least thrice a week via Zoom and regular updates were shared with Trello. We used GitHub to compare testing feedback and I was also able to meet the development team in-person in India. Due to the complexity, the project was slightly delayed, however, the team was quite proactive and professional.

The Essence takeout project consists of a mobile application for Android and iOS for end users to order takeout from their favorite restaurants and also schedule a pickup time. The project also consists of merchant & company web applications along with a mobile application for merchants. 

• Company Application – Allows different franchise owners to manage different outlets in the country. Company owners can manage their outlet merchants, and their signature menu items and keep track of orders, provide discounts and offers, and income and revenue gained from each outlet. 
• Merchant Application – The web and mobile application allows merchants from different outlets of the same franchise to manage incoming orders. They can manage customized menus, availability, payments, and offers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to outsource our final product to a few franchises in the US. Our clients have been impressed that they were able to manage most of their business operations under a single software. Their customer base has increased by 20% and we’ve received excellent user reviews as well for the mobile app on the app store.

The team’s project management strategy was well-refined. We communicated regularly with the team via Zoom meetings and we shared our feedback and suggestions via Trello. In case of any urgencies or quick calls, we connect via WhatsApp. The employees were quite proactive and polite. The project was also delivered as promised and on schedule.

I am the Meditation teacher of a meditation, yoga and therapy center with a wisdom of meditation to inspire others to meditate and to live a state free from pressure, worry, division, sadness, violence, and isolation.

For what projects/services did your company hire Vardhaman Infotech, and what were your goals?

I wanted create an online provision to allow students and individuals to register themselves for effective meditation courses. Hence, we hired Vardhaman Infotech to help us achieve the same.

Students and individuals should have the option to register themselves into our meditation courses. Apart from registration we’ve included the ability to book appointments, guided meditation videos, music, news of upcoming events and donations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The CEO of Vardhaman Infotech has been a student at our meditation center. Initially we tried contacting a few other companies through Google and shared our requirements with them, however, their proposed quotes were beyond our budget.

We were introduced to Mr. Darshan Kothari during one of our sessions and we were really happy with their approach in terms of grasping all our requirements and also exactly knew what we were looking for.

Satya Sadhna is an app through which it allows individuals to experience the truth of the mind and the truth of oneself. Our registration helps us understand the individual’s background, their determination and the type of courses they will be assigned to. The app also contains video logs of on of the great meditation teacher - Acharya Shri Jin Chandra Suriji. The app contains songs, quotes sand daily news. They continue to make changes, add features, or fix technical issues.

Our communication was mostly through phone calls and in-person. The head of the front-end, back-end, project manager and the CEO all handled them.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Even after a year a two, it didn’t matter. I had issues with reporting and wanted to make a few changes in the registration form and add a few other features on the app. Vardhaman Infotech is pleased to help us at any point in time.

The team was able to walk me each of the requirement and how they were going to achieve them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I shared all my challenges as to how I’ve been managing registration and courses with forms and paper and they were able to help me with the most minimalistic and paperless approach.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I might say, initially, it took them a little more time to get all our requirements applied into the app. However, I don’t feel that this is considered to be an area of improvement because they were able to explain it to us exactly which it was taking time. So, I realized that they were actually making sure to test each and every feature several times before releasing it.

I’m the CEO of Devanagari Solutions. We’re a solutions company that works on different social-economic issues. We try to come up with some solutions based on information technology.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vardhaman Infotech?

We needed someone to help us with mobile app development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We have a product, a mobile application, that we launched about a year and a half ago. It’s a community-based application we created with Vardhaman Infotech. We’re planning a couple of other products that are in the pipeline and we’ll be starting to work on those in the next few months.

We had the idea of creating an application called Dagadu, for a particular community in a specific region in our country where people could speak in their own language. The problem was that because of population migration, people weren’t quite acquainted with their own regional language which is why we thought of creating the application.

Vardhaman Infotech helped us from the inception of the idea that we had. They helped us with consulting, the discovery of the requirements along with us, and with other stages. Their team also completely developed it as well as now support and maintain it. As of right now, the application is only for Android, but we plan to launch it for iOS as well.

So far, we’ve released three different versions of the application, and the latest one was released a few months ago. It’s an ongoing process. We’re refining it and getting updates from users.

What is the team composition?

There were multiple people, but I was speaking directly with Darshan (CEO) of the company and their account manager.

How did you come to work with Vardhaman Infotech?

I had spoken with a few organizations and was trying to zero in on providers that we could work with. When we thought about developing the application, we thought of working with IT professionals who could help us with this project. We did our primary research and our secondary research and got details through online sources.

Simultaneously, we were also following up with other businesses and I was speaking with five different businesses at one point in time. We chose Vardhaman Infotech because of their willingness to go ahead and support the ideas that we had, the attitude that they showed, as well as the solution document they provided us. That document had all the specifications and feature roadmap. We noticed then that they’re very professional.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent roughly $70,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement started in April 2018 and it’s still ongoing. They’re supporting us as well as providing maintenance support. We’re also planning the upgrade of this application in the near future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

So far, we’ve had around 1,500 downloads of the application. The progress has been really good, and we’ve been getting good feedback about the application. Overall, it has been good. The languages we’re focusing on aren’t available online anywhere and were on the brink of extinction. People are trying to do something for the language.

We’ve gotten good feedback and downloads every month. In December 2020, we had over 200 downloads so far. The whole experience with them has been very nice and comfortable. They’ve been very supportive.

How did Vardhaman Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m not sure about their internal project management tools in terms of what they use, but when it comes to customer experience, they’ve been available whenever I have had any kind of issues. I’m sure they use a tool to track their work.

We communicate through email, phone calls, WhatsApp, as well as Zoom meetings. We were targeting a new language so there was a lot of brainstorming in terms of grammar and how to get things fixed. They have always been available to us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve only interacted with two people from their team and both of them have been fabulous and really responsive. Darshan knows what the customer wants, and he has been very understanding. They go the extra mile and ensure that if they have committed to something, they deliver on that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything. I’m sure everyone has something they can improve on. It’s difficult to think of something right now.

I’d definitely advise people who want value for their money as well as want a team they can rely on and expect dedication and commitment to try working with them.

The project consists of 2 different apps, one for doctors and the other for patients. Doctor Avenue allows patients to book and manage doctor appointments and surgeries as well as keep track of their previous doctor consultations. The Patient Avenue allows doctors to keep track of their appointments, surgeries, and patient records and can also add multiple workplaces in different locations based on their availability. 

Doctors can set up their vacation time and even reschedule appointments if necessary. Patients can find doctors by filtering location, specialty, or ratings.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The design was flawless and modern. The app is easy to use, especially for doctors. We have started promotions and marketing of the product with various healthcare groups.

As this is a self-funding project, I and my team were budget constrained. Both the apps were delivered on time and within budget. The main highlight of this partnership was the professionalism the team showcased. Even though we weren’t tech-savvy, the team was patient with us and explained every step during the development and testing phase. Their methodology for project management was neat and precise.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The entire team was quite dedicated and knowledgeable. They were able to understand our requirements well and they made sure everything that was needed was documented in detail on the proposal before finalizing the project. We spent quite a few hours just discussing the goal and requirements of the project before an offer was made which was quite impressive.

It is an online matrimonial matchmaking website that is built with AI algorithms. The AI algorithms will help in analyzing user data and understanding user preferences, interests, and behaviors. This technique will allow for precise matchmaking based on Indian matrimonial norms.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The UI/UX of the website turned out amazing. The features of the websites are exactly the way we expected. We tested it in many different scenarios and with AI included the process of the matchmaking technique was quite enjoyable.

The team communicated with us regularly via Zoom meetings and WhatsApp calls. They use the Trello board for collaboration, however, I preferred to ask for updates either through messages or during our virtual meetings itself. They were quite ready to test the website with us as many times as needed. The website took around 45 days to complete and we are happy with the outcome.
