They helped us with keyword research. They performed an analysis of our competitors and they made on site changes, and created collateral with our updated tactics and keywords. Which increased our traffic. Because of their efficient work we also started Google ads project with them.

Since implementing the SEO efforts, we are ranking on 1st page for several keywords. Our traffic is growing, getting more calls from new clients, who discover us on Google with their keywords.

They have been great at managing our expectations & meeting deadlines. We mostly use WhatsApp, phone calls & emails to communicate to which they are quick to respond & implement changes. We have a monthly report meeting with both of the specialists.

Their level of professionalism and overall knowledge within the industry standout. They are very hands, are always there to answer any questions and give right advices. I appreciate their follow through and willingness to deliver.

I'd like it if they came to the table with more ideas, they're great at implementing out, hut display of more creativity on their end would be nice.

First, we had few meetings to align on the goals and the branding of the brand. Then the team created the design templates for the social media ads. SEO was created from scratch on our website by implementing specific keywords. To boost the brand awareness, the team organized a photo/video shoot.

We had an initial discussion to share the history of Bo's coffee and the objective of us being in this market. Once after understanding the profile contract between both of us has been signed. After running through our ideas, we scheduled a meeting with our core team in philippines and as per the request, USEO team came up with the ideas and presented it to us and to our core team. We had few comments in it and the same has been rectified on an immediate basis. Now, they started posting in our instagram & Facebook pages and we are in right track.

We had in person meeting and explained our business and they were really confidence that can handle our business and run ads in Facebook & Google Ads . We spend over 10,000 USD on ad spend and managment fees but got less than 1 ROAS

What was the team composition?

I was working with Ray & Lakshmy at the beginning and after the horrible results they suggested to change the people in charge but it was too late and we had lost about 10,000 USD
