We needed a new website built that users could sign up and download brand assets we offer for free to market our region. Key deliverables included full multi-page website, database and email system.

They not only delivered on-time but were extremely responsive as we were hitting kickoff. Their project managment included keeping up to date through Basecamp, calls, emails and in person meetings.

The final product met all of our goals at the onset of the project. We had a new website that was visually appealing with impactful messaging and easy to navigate.

US Digital Partners did a great job delivering items on time. They had an effective project management system but also were open to making adjustments to fit our needs.

Our project manager, Ashley Bangi, was great to work with. She was always available when we had questions and helped keep the project on track so we could meet our launch date goal.

We had to go through a few more rounds of writing than anticipated only because our work can be hard to explain. More discovery time up front to make sure we were on the same page with copy direction would have been helpful.

Working with them for over 5+ years with digital ads and SEO, we have seen our brand be more present online with an increase of online inquiries, both current and new customers. USPD has helped up expand our visability across multiple mediums, all having an increase year after year.

I’ve worked with over five team members at USDP, and each one has demonstrated a strong understanding of marketing. When they don’t have an immediate answer, they collaborate with others on their team to find a solution quickly. From the start, they created a clear roadmap aligned with our goals and have details the steps needed to execute it effectively. Their ability to think outside the box has been especially valuable for us. Marketing industrial lubricants and overhead equipment isn’t easy, but they’ve helped us find smart, effective ways to reach our audience.

I’m the owner of an e-commerce company that provides nationwide printing and installation of custom decals, wall graphics, murals, storefront designs, and other adhesive visual solutions for businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with us digital partners?

We needed help with our Google advertising campaigns.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

US Digital Partners has helped us clean up our Google Ads campaigns, which we were doing ourselves. The team has come up with new ideas to implement and manage for a successful Google Ads campaign. We’ve later added Meta Ads, which we hadn’t previously done. US Digital Partners has been up to speed on different campaigns, keywords, and ads in different ways.

What is the team composition?

We mainly work with one person.

How did you come to work with us digital partners?

We found them through an online search. US Digital Partners was local, seemed to care, and fit our price point.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We meet monthly to discuss conversion rates and what’s working and not working. We’ve tweaked where we spend the budget, new keywords, and ad refreshes.

How did us digital partners perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time. Emmy, the person we mainly work with, is always quick to help and tweak things. We communicate via email and monthly Zoom meetings.

They care. It feels like they’re rooting for us.

I’m the VP of branding at Bridgeway, a leading transportation and logistics provider based in Pittsburgh, PA. We specialize in solving complex freight challenges for critical industries through a vast network of carriers and over 40 years of trucking expertise.

What challenge were you trying to address with US Digital Partners?

We hired US Digital Partners to create our website and all digital work that would execute on our revised brand plan.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The main deliverable was an MVP website. Since then, we’ve expanded and enhanced that site, developed digital marketing pieces, launched social campaigns, and a content plan to support it. They also wrote the script and produced a video from our CEO addressing the brand changes.

As an MVP, the goal was to get something up quickly to ensure it was launched timely. They created a structure that met this target but also allowed for future refinement and expansion.

We’ve worked with 2–8 teammates from US Digital Partners depending on project intensity and need.

How did you come to work with US Digital Partners?

We found them through a referral from another agency who helped us envision a revised brand strategy. They knew that US Digital Partners would be the agency to ensure the execution of that strategy was seamless.

They asked insightful questions from the on-set - even when they didn't fully yet understand the landscape of our complex business. I also appreciated that they had strong convictions about how to ensure success and maintained those, while still flexing to incorporate our needs.

We started working together in November 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

All work is tracked in Basecamp, with deadline dates and progress reporting. The general increased brand awareness has been the main indicator of success.
