For what projects/services did your company hire UPVISION, and what were your goals?

We had the older website based on the WordPress template as a startup project and after few years in the business we wanted to improve our UX/UI design to better address our goals to our audience and increase our visibility on the Internet.

We selected UPVISION from 10 similar companies mainly based on their portfolio on their website and also based on their proactive reactions during our research.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals, then UPVISION prepared the first version of UX in the figma tool. After few iterations we approved the UX and company started coding in the WordPress. After finishing the first version of WP website we had another few iterations to improve (bug fixing, small UI improvements) the final state of our website.

A project manager and his deputy were our main points of contact. We also cooperated with the WordPress developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the new website, we received about 80% more contacts from the website contact form. Some of them leaded to the satisfied customers. Also people like our new and clean UX design where they can understand our product more quickly.

We had regular online meetings on the week basis. We also often used text messages and emails. We used MS Teams, Google apps and Signal.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We their high level of proactivity and their willingness to make small improvements over the agreed contract.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Improve testing process to reveal some issues early on their side and reduce the number of testing iterations with the customer.

As a company of financial brokers we need a regular flow of new leads. We needed to start digital campaigns through the media channels. Agency UPVISION recommended appropriate strategy and set up the process.

I got a recommendation from one of my contact on Linkedin. Than we had a video call and we decided to try our cooperation.

First, I sent to UPVISION our marketing materials and fill in the questionnaire of our mision, vision and goals, which I got from them. After that we met together. The agency got accesses to our social sites and web. They recommended us main settings and helped us to process them. They also set the campaigns with the best target groups and suggest appropriate creative for our formats.

We are working with CEO and PPC specialist too.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

PPC campaign was very successful. The leads increased by 400 %. We strengthened the budget which increased the flow of new leads. The quality of the leads is also very good.

We had one in-person meeting and regulary online meetings. If necessary, we communicate through the e-mails or phone calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What's impressive is their experiences in many fields and a wide range of services. We particularly appreciated recommendations from the field of financial services.

No, I have no remarks.

Pralinkovo is the producer of hand made chocolate bonbons. We are producing especially hand painted bonbons, chocolate bars, customized chocolate boxes..etc. I am the owner of the company.

Our previous website was created 2,5 years ago when the business has started. Based on that, the budget for the website was limited. After 2,5 successful years of PRALINKOVO, there was necessary to create a new, modern one. Since we didn’t have in house the web creator, I decided to look for this external supplier. From the new website there was expectation not only for the better-looking website, but also customer more friendly buying process.

We chose this vendor based on their past projects, recommendations, previous cooperation in other projects.

Our project included the complete creation of a website and e-shop. Graphic processing, creation of sections, categories. Creation of an e-shop according to the specification of our products.

The owner of the vendor company was the main point of contact. There were another 2 developers and designer working.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Clients love the design and we have received plenty of positive feedbacks. Clients are satisfied with the shopping process, with all the functions, which make their orders easier.

We had regular calls and personal meetings with the manager. All the deadlines were fulfilled and all tasks were updated based on our requests.

The professionality and really quick reactions for all our tasks.

Based on our experiences with vendor, I see no areas for improvement.

They executed all the tasks brilliantly, they are always here to help and resolve issues promptly. We have decided to maintain the cooperation with them and to hire them for new upcoming projects as well as we are very satisfied with their service.

I’m an executive for a steel roof retailer. We produce custom steel roof tiles for customers in Slovakia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Austria.

What challenge were you trying to address with UPVISION?

We had trouble getting our company name out there in different countries, so we engaged UPVISION to build our website and digital marketing strategy. We aimed to gain more potential customers from the B2B and B2C sectors.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we engaged UPVISION to develop our website in other languages, such as Czech and Hungarian, which they did. During the website development project, they conducted keyword research and adjusted the site to help with our SEO efforts.

Since our initial engagement, UPVISION has created a digital marketing strategy for us to expand our online presence. They’ve helped us divide our marketing budget across different segments, including display campaigns, PPC campaigns for Facebook, and Google Ads. Regarding social media, we’ve collaborated on graphic design components, and the UPVISION team has been responsible for creating and posting content to our Facebook account.

We’ve mainly worked with the CEO of UPVISION and 3–4 other team members.

How did you come to work with UPVISION?

We considered 5–6 local partners, and although UPVISION was very confident, we initially chose a different service provider. Once we realized we’d made the wrong choice, we reached back out to UPVISION to move forward with the engagement. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested roughly €12,000 (approximately $12,000 USD) in marketing for the Czech Republic and Hungary, respectively, and about €5,000 (approximately $5,000 USD) on other projects for Slovakia. In total, we’ve spent approximately €29,000 (approximately $29,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with UPVISION in December 2019, and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

UPVISION has consistently shared the results of each marketing campaign and compared them to the results delivered by our previous marketing partner. Since working with them, we’ve experienced increased leads, impressions, and conversions. I’ve compared each new inquiry against its value and have been pleased with the statistics. 

How did UPVISION perform from a project management standpoint?

The UPVISION team has been a very cooperative partner, and I’ve been satisfied with the engagement. They’ve quickly responded to our requests, answered our questions, and provided accurate time estimates. Their turnaround time and quality of work have also impressed us. Furthermore, they’ve implemented our feedback and communicated openly via phone and email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve worked with other service providers, and UPVISION has stood out among the rest regarding communication. I’ve been delighted with their response time; even on weekends, they’ve been quick to address my queries. They’ve consistently absorbed my ideas and acted on them; I’ve appreciated their willingness to spring into action. They’ve been the perfect partner for me.

I have nothing UPVISION could improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I advise you to establish a clear process with UPVISION and be open to their ideas. They’re the marketing experts and will put in 100% effort to deliver your requests.

I’m a marketing manager at a picture frame manufacturing company. I’m responsible for projects such as our website and catalog.

We wanted a new website that would be up-to-date, modern, and functional. The site needed to be our window to the world and give new customers all the information they needed. We hired UPVISION to design the site’s layout.

UPVISION designed and built our new website using WordPress. We went through design templates together with the team. They also collaborated with us on the website’s content and copy based on our brand identity and how we wanted to present ourselves.

I worked with 4–5 teammates from UPVISION: Frederik (Founder), a graphic designer, two programmers, and a project manager.

We wanted a local company so we would have a chance to meet in person, so we looked at service providers in our city and found UPVISION. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August 2021–February 2022. We may ask them for additional services.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website is running correctly, and it speaks for itself. Although it's too soon to give quantitative metrics, our customers are coming to our website, so it's definitely working well. We'd worked with other companies before, and out of our past partners, UPVISION was the best — we were satisfied with their work.

How did UPVISION perform from a project management standpoint?

The team delivered on time. If anything was late, it was from our site due to not supplying material on time. They were really prompt and reactive when we asked for something. Although we preferred in-person meetings, we used Zoom to meet when this wasn't possible. Overall, the team was very effective; they didn't make things complicated and came up with solutions, which was good for us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

UPVISION delivered what they promised every time, which doesn't always happen when working with development companies.

No, their work was good.

UPVISION has built software that offers multiple language variations, enabling users to interact with our content in Slovak and Hungarian. They’ve worked on our PPC campaigns on Instagram and Facebook and altered our graphics to ensure they translate correctly in both languages.

We've been happy with the results UPVISION has delivered.

UPVISION has been a professional, communicative partner. We’ve faced project delays due to our internal team, but UPVISION has delivered work on time. Overall, they’ve managed our project successfully and have proactively reached out to us when they’ve run into issues. We’ve met via Zoom and Google Meet and communicated via phone and email.

We’ve been most impressed with UPVISION’s dedication to our project. They’ve consistently delivered on their promises, which has allowed us to develop an honest working relationship.

We wanted our website to be more fresh, user friendly, quick to load and responsive. Upvision helped us with everything in a great way. We also needed to manage our ads, where we used their professional help.

We got a recommendation, then we reviewed their work and as soon as we fit with them in a personal way, the decision has been made.
