Umit redesigned our Shopify store by implementing a new, modern theme to create a more appealing e-commerce experience. He improved navigation, product pages, and category layouts to make the site more user-friendly. He also optimized the checkout process, which significantly improved speed and conversion rates. In addition, he implemented technical adjustments to enhance site performance and mobile responsiveness. Throughout the project, we held productive and enjoyable brainstorming sessions that helped us refine our goals. Key deliverables included the new theme setup, enhanced user experience, optimized checkout flow, and overall performance improvements.

After the redesign, the store saw better conversion rates, especially on mobile. Bounce rates dropped, customers spent more time on site, and we received positive feedback about the new design and navigation. And most of all we are so happy about the result.

Umit built us a brand-new Shopify store, exactly as I imagined. He listened carefully and showed great expertise. He created all the copyright content for over 50 products, set up email workflows, connected our online store with an e-invoice solution, and integrated shipping providers, automating most tasks.

Before we had an online store, all sales were coming through DMs or WhatsApp, and I was handling everything manually. After the project with Ümit, all tasks are now automated. The amount of time I dedicate to tasks has significantly decreased. My Shopify store is impressive and incredibly user-friendly for customers. In terms of quantity, my sales have increased by over 100% compared to the same period last year.

Ümit built a complete new web shop. He listened very carefully to what we wanted. And built the webshop exactly as we envisioned. It was very pleasant working with Ümit. He has a lot of knowledge. He was always able to respond to our needs. It took a little longer to build, but that was because we still had to provide the necessary content and photos. We are very satisfied with his work. And I can highly recommend him. 😊

We had very regular virtual meetings. Ümit would then show the progress. We would discuss how to proceed to the next step. Everything is checked off so Ümit knew and felt exactly what our wishes were. He is also very precise himself. If he wasn't satisfied with an adjustment he kept searching and working until it was good enough.
