Since they were starting from scratch, we started by figuring out the necessary interfaces and user workflows. We collaborated with their team to develop a UI/UX. They proceeded to the development stages after we decided on the appearance and feel of the app. Their team exclusively developed the app for iOS devices for its initial release.

The success of the project was judged by how the final product suited the specified use case and the quantity of end-user complaints. Regarding UI, backend data logs, and responsiveness, the app has done extremely well. Considering those factors, the app was a success.

Ultrashield technology was brought in quite quickly. They served as our expanded software development team. We included them in our software development teams rather than contracting them out to complete our project. 

Linux, MySQL, and Java are the basis of everything we used. It's typically just a traditional stack, though there are some microservices. One of the two teams Ultrashield was a part of was responsible for the front-end and back-end of the website that was open to the public.

Along with taking on new feature development and planning, they were also resolving numerous compliance issues. As engaged team members, they provided us with input on how to develop and construct new API endpoints and other components.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After roughly six months, I conducted an anonymous survey within my organisation, and Ultrashield Technology won every metric,not just by a slim margin. Compared to the others we were testing, they were far superior.
