I’m the owner of coding academy. We train students for industry class experience in computer language coding.

We hired Ultimate web designs for designing and development of our new business website. They also helped us in content writing, graphic design for our business card, logo and also helping us in social media marketing. It’s like a one stop shop for all our needs. We are already seeing a substantial growth from our new website.

We searched online and selected 3 vendors and decided to go with Ultimate web design after analysing their past projects, knowledge, skills and cost estimates.

We had a kick off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock ups and wireframe for our website. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed an ecommerce wordpress site. The updated the content to reflect our company services.

A project manager was our main point of contact. However there were 2 full stack developers working behind the scenes.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After launching our website, we saw a 70% increase in business and our client loves UI and gets to know better about our services.

We had daily stand-ups with the project manager which liaise with the other team members. We used to stack, Jira and it worked well with our team.

They gave training on uploading content on the site and they are very flexible and highly effective in communication.

When we first launch there were minor bugs in the contact form but they reach out to us and resolved the problem in a very effective and timely manner.

Ultimate Web Designs helped me with developing the website, which is the face of the company. My goal was to have a website that is not only limited to providing information, but is engaging enough for job seekers and employers alike.

When I was looking out for a website developer and posted about my requirements, I had a number of individuals and companies who flooded me with messages explaining why they are the best at what they do.
What stood out about the team at UWD was a concise message simply advising how they can take care of a client’s requirements. There was no desperation for securing a client but a passion to deliver solutions.
I’ve admired their quality of looking at a client from a qualitative point of view rather than just another number which was a key deciding factor.

My website was initially developed by another company however they were unable to complete the testing phase due to going out of operation.
The team at Ultimate Web Designs was not only kind enough to pick up a project that was almost complete, but also fully reviewed it and worked on it as if it was their own project.
The programming language used my the previous developer was a complicated one which would eventually result in any changes to be made really expensive.
The team at Ulimate Web Design led by Prerita gave me a quote for redeveloping the website using PHP and included some added features which never came to my imagination.

Prerita and her team were proactive to the highest level and exceeded time and project commitments beyond expectations.
What took over a year for my previous developer to do (not being completed) took less than a quarter of the time for Ultimate Web Designs for a product that was much more enhanced.
There have been several instances where I was slow to do my bit of work however this was always reciprocated by prompt actions from the team at UWD.

Every little aspect of the project has been micromanaged in the best way possible.
Communication as described above was open, timely and relevant with highest level of transparency leaving no room for misunderstandings. There were no delays, in fact project was completed before time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
As mentioned above, the most impressive thing was their passion to help clients and businesses.
There was no desperation from their side to secure a client which reassured me that they will not treat me or any other client just as a number. Haven’t come across businesses as professional as Ultimate Web Designs

No improvements I can think of - they are steadily moving ahead of times in the most positive way.
