BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO and founder of a lifestyle brand based in the UK called More Luxury Group. We provide ultra-high and high net worth individuals with private jets, chartered luxury yachts, and private villas in Europe. What’s unique about us is we have consultants that look after our clients and offer all these services.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with TwinTargets?

We needed to establish our online presence, so we hired TwinTargets to work with me on web development and branding. We wanted a logo that works internationally and good marketing strategies.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started building the website and brand at the same time. I drew all the drawings and came up with ideas for the logo and showed them what I wanted to achieve, and how I wanted it to look. In addition, they have a very good team handling all the animated videos to ensure they work correctly.

The website is finished but I’ll continue to work with them as they’ll be running my social media — and I’m also going to need their other services for other marketing tasks.

What is the team composition?

We work with a team of 4–5 people, but our main point of contact is Mikolaj (Head of Marketing). He is the one driving his team.

How did you come to work with TwinTargets?

It started with me reaching out to companies based in Europe or in a similar time zone as me, so we can work together on the development of the website. I found a company that would've cost me around €20,000, but our business was new at the time so we didn’t have that kind of budget for the design.

Then, I had a contact who recommended me to TwinTargets, so I went ahead and reached out to them and they replied very quickly.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2021, and the partnership is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

TwinTargets is really good because they’re a quick and professional team that communicates clearly. They’re also cost-efficient while maintaining a very high standard of service. They’ve been very helpful in developing my visions and ideas into reality. Moreover, they’re really good at making the branding work with the designs, and they produce very good results for us. Their process is fun and it’s easy to work with them.

Although since we’re just starting out, I haven’t really gotten any feedback from clients about the website. They also added different languages and plugins to make it more accessible. They added Instagram pictures to the website, and it looks much more expensive than what I paid — their work is really good value for money.

How did TwinTargets perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re really good from a project management perspective. They’re extremely organized and everyone knows their tasks. We mainly communicate through WhatsApp, Skype, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Apart from their pricing, we’re impressed by how fast they work. They’re very efficient and they understand what we want. You can show them an example and they’re going to come up with great results.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they could improve on, to be honest. Maybe they can get more people on board so that they can take on more projects, but I have no worries. My experience is great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

TwinTargets is always growing and getting more clients. If you want their attention, I would advise you to book a meeting with them and prepare yourself. I highly recommend them to anyone, but make sure you plan in advance because they might be busy.
