We approached twid to design and develop our website. The twid team's approach to the whole thing was amazing. Instead of just creating the website for us, they suggested that they upgrade our branding for us, keeping only the old logo and changing everything else, before they can develop the website. We agreed to their proposal, and that was the best branding decision we have made so far. 

Twid provided us with two beautiful approaches that we could choose from, both very detailed and covering wide range of branding elements, and we chose the one we liked more. Along with the brand upgrade both for digital and print media, twid has designed and developed a beautiful website, with a blog and an academy. The website achieved everything we wanted, including: making our brand stand out, have an effective and clear CTA, tell our story in a concise but captivating way, have a great SEO and analytics tools. 

The team is friendly, and flexible, and has been very accommodating toward our changing priorities and demands. The key deliverables were a brand identity communicated through a brand book, designed templates for documents and presentations, social media templates, websites with guides on how to add changes, 2d and 3d visuals etc. Overall a very high standard of execution and out-of-the-box thinking.

For what projects/services did your company hire twid? In mid of 2021, we needed help with the promotion of our company services. It was a new product for the market, so it needs an additional explanation to potential customers. That's why we were looking for professionals, who can develop a communication strategy with a plan of advertising and materials for the campaign.

I was responsible for this internal project. What were your goals for this project? Our goal was to convey the value of our product to the target audience in a creative way. Banking services for individuals (Monobank, Privatbank) set high standards for the industry, including advertising. Therefore, we needed to create a catchy advertising campaign for our company to enter the market of banking services for legal entities, which explains our product and describes its benefits.

Describe the scope of their work in detail. The team conducted a strategic session, conducted research on the product, target audience (interviews), competitors. As a result, formed the positioning of the brand, its tone of voice and came up with a great idea for further communication. It was decided to divide the communication into two stages.

The first stage included an explanation of the term international business banking (which they came up with) and listed the services that we can provide. The next stage brought our benefits to the audience. After the approval of the ideas, a full strategy was formed with a communication plan and advertising materials (banners).

I’m the founder, CEO, and production manager of Nomad Talent, LLC, a boutique talent booking agency. I started the business four and a half years ago, after moving from a bigger booking agency. We work with musicians, and our goal is to bring this talent overseas, representing them as managers and booking agents. We focus on North, South, and Central America, and we have a roster of musicians, mainly from Europe.

They created our logo, identity, and branding. There were a lot of moving parts, including business cards and changes to the website itself. twid produced a lot of elements that we could use in anything we’re involved with, including posters and fliers.

There were 4–5 people from twid involved. Two worked on brand identity, and another two worked on video production.

How did you come to work with twid?

I’m originally from Eastern Europe, but I’ve been living in the US for the past 20 years. I was always more attracted to European branding strategies, which I found more appealing and unique for the US market as well. I was also hoping to get more affordable services.

I’d been following twid for a while, and I was blown away by their ideas and the marketing tricks they implemented in their identity. We wanted to have something similar, that would be easy to identify ourselves with.

The branding project was $5,000–$6,000, and it took them a month to complete. The video production part of the project cost $7,000–$8,000.

twid executed within the deadline they promised, which was great because we’d worked with companies that failed to deliver on time.

They understood our concept for the branding and the video and successfully executed it. I have very high standards, and what they delivered was even better than I expected it to be. They were able to relay the uniqueness we were trying to present.

We got less and less work because of the pandemic, but twid’s work allowed us to stay afloat in terms of brand identity and marketing. We have an uphill battle to fight, so we have to be present online so that we’re still relevant as a booking agency when the time comes.

We’ve received a lot of positive feedback on the logo, the website, and some of the key artwork we’re using in our posters. We have a tight branding concept that we can use anytime our company is involved with something.

Their CEO was proactive and always oversaw the project. If we weren’t satisfied with something, he would step in. They kept us involved in the process and made sure everything was clear.

The quality of the work is incredible. twid has done an outstanding job with all the graphics. I love the logo, and I can’t imagine having any other logo for the company.
