I'm a Co-Founder at The Burger. We have created one of the best gourmet burgers in Ukraine and we deliver them to the doors of our clients.

For what projects/services did your company hire twid?

We needed a responsive and reliable e-commerce website with an impressive design that will look great both on desktop and mobile. So we hired TWID studio to build our website from scratch.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to update our old website and increase turnover. One of the main goals was to increase conversion and sales from the mobile website.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I knew TWID for a long time and been tracking his portfolio for a while. All of his projects are very creative and outstanding.

I made sketches of my vision of the design. Also, I provided the list of features and general concept. They had to build a totally new e-commerce website

What was the team composition?

No idea how big was the team and what was the composition. I spoke mostly with CEO or with our project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new website looks awesome and works very fast. Its adaptive design increased conversion almost twice on mobile and slightly on Web. All goals were achieved.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was between our teams was very efficient. We didn't have calls often, but after each call, we made a lot of progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive is the design. They really have good taste and impressive design skills.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe the ongoing support of the website should be more responsive. Some times you need to waite quite a lot to be able to talk with your PM.

I'm the Chief Marketing Officer of Eurotrips. Eurotrips is an international travel company with few offices around the Europe. We create a brand new style of tourism, which became fun, popular and modern. Examples of this included but we were not limited to yacht tours in Barcelona, Pub crawls in Prague or bike tours in Amsterdam.

Our created concept is to satisfy a new generation of travelers by showing them Europe throe the eyes of like-minded locals. Instead of simply giving facts and historic dates about the city, we would provide relevant information and activities, which they can use to enjoy the city more fully. Had served already over 15 000 clients in Ukraine, Belarus, Czech Republic and Poland.

We felt the need to build a memorable and unique website and digital brand elements. Also according to the company's growth, we needed to create a unique platform, which could be adapted and transformed for our offices in different countries.

What were your goals for this project?

We need to build a strong visual image for our website according to our activities. As a new brand, we were ready to be bold, modern and progressive in the dinosaur market :) The main goal was to develop an exceptional website with a unique image, which could be upgraded for next levels in future with company growth.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

Since the appearance of the idea to relaunch our website and brand style we hadn't any doubts who is going to release it. Twid has one of the most progressive views for design and web development on the Ukrainian market, which is quite close to our brand philosophy. Since the first meetings, we were on the same page and easily found new creative solutions for our web development and brand design.

They designed, developed, configurated and launched a new version of our websites for Ukraine, Belarus, and Poland. For the last 3 years, twid were effectively engaged in their technical support and maintenance. 
We also collaborated under creative design for brand and advertising elements, commercials and other marketing visuals for digital use.

What was the team composition?

For all these years the project team had changed according to the goals. Fortunately, on a daily basis, we worked with a single point of account manager contact, which made all communication between companies easy. But during strategic sessions, we always meet all team, including the art director, head of design and other team players, which helped to work more productive and without the broken phone effect.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our clients are extremely satisfied with our web site and their user experience. Nowadays around 17 competitive companies in the tourism market tried to repeat the site. Over the past 4 years, our site maintains an annual sales growth of 250-300%. And I think this is the main indicator of the result.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

For all these years twid is testing a few project management and communication tools for making the client experience better. They were always easy to contact and never left us alone in the process. They offered support, kept up with the deadlines, and tried to predict any unexpected situations informing us up front.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed by their creative approach to daily solutions. And the team, their team is just awesome people to work with :)

Are there any areas for improvement?

Some of our tasks did not meet certain deadlines, though this was not necessarily because of twid. In general, we were satisfied with the work that the team did for us.
