we have order management, inventory management, order tracking, customer support modules in the scope, deliverables are android , ios and web platforms for users, vendors and admin.

we have access to the complete team through the collaboration application which allows chat and calls with the team, primary contacts are BDM and Team Lead both are professional and well experienced

they collected all the payment and after 4 months didn't provide anything. I had to look for a new company to do my project.
