We've hired Turum-burum at the time of launching B2C directly to strengthen our own e-commerce channel. Until 2023, the brand mainly worked through offline distribution. However, due to blackouts and a general increase in fatigue and sleep problems among Ukrainians due to Russian war on Ukrane, we've decided to focus on online sales.

During the project, we conducted a usability audit of the site, created prototypes and handed it over to the customer's design team for implementation. At each stage of the implementation of the changes, Turum provided author's supervision so that all UX/UI solutions were implemented correctly to achieve the set goals (improving usability and optimizing conversion).

The main goal was to create a site design that corresponds to the premium positioning of the brand, satisfies user needs and fulfills business tasks. And here's what we achieved:

The bounce rate decreased by 17%;
The duration of mobile user sessions increased by 32%;
Exits from product pages decreased by 45%;
