Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a Marketing Specialist at a company that manufactures die/wire bond equipment, as well as vacuum reflow ovens.

For what projects/services did your company hire Truu Digital, and what were your goals?

We needed to do a revamp of certain sections of our website to bring us more up-to-date and to help raise our SEO. We are HubSpot users, and had first used Truu Digital to set up HubDB for our Events page to make it easier to add events on the back end, while improving the look for our website visitors.

We then wanted to use HubDB to create a Products section of our website (which had previously been listed under Solutions on several separate website pages). They also suggested to create a Mega Menu for our site, which helped make our site look and feel even more professional and modern.

SOLUTION

How did you select Truu Digital and what were the deciding factors?

We had used a Module in HubSpot created by Truu Digital for use on our website, and they reached out to help us with any other website needs. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and fit our budget well. They also understand best marketing practices and what website visitors need/want to see.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had first discussed doing the Products HubDB section of our website at the end of 2019, but had to wait until our budget allowed for the project. Then Covid hit, and we had to wait on the project even longer to see what our budget allowed. Truu Digital was extremely patient with us as we navigated this waiting process.

Once we were able to start the project, we had a number of initial meetings to walk through our expectations, hopes, and dreams for the project. They were always willing to meet with us whenever we needed, and patiently walked us through the details.

They also made great suggestions to improve beyond what we were envisioning. Once we were ready, they were off to work on building our HubDBs in HubSpot. They work extremely quickly, and once the data bases were built, they helped walk us through the nuances of the DB and made changes as requested.

We mainly worked with the founder & CEO as our main point of contact.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The initial feedback from the employees within our company was extremely positive. The improved look and feel of our website was greatly recognized. Our visitor sessions have already increased over 25% compared to this same time period last year.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

We used email to communicate, as well as Zoom meetings when necessary. We gave them a desired deadline and they delivered on time, despite it being rather aggressive because of an upcoming virtual trade show that we were hoping to launch the site ahead of.

They did everything in their power to complete the project by our deadline, and we were very grateful that they worked with us on that front.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They helped us build HubDBs that are easy to use on the back end and look very professional on the front end. Our goal was to have an impressive looking website that was also easy for us to update in the future.

They helped us make those improvements so that we can be self-sufficient in the future, and everything will still look great. They also gave us suggestions for things we didn't even think of initially that made our website infinitely more impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had minor issues at the outset of the HubDB implementation, but they were quick to fix or improve these so that everything works seamlessly now.

My goals for this project were to have a website that was clean, modern and easy for patients (as well as potential patients) to navigate.

The project was to create a website for our practice that was clean, modern and appealing to consumers. In our line of work everything needs to be straight to the point.

Our goal was to create a website that people WANT to read and have a really easy time navigating it. Not only does it drive new patients, but it creates value.

The team worked great together at all times and worked to create our website on time. If we ran into any issues, they fixed it immediately.

This project will drive new patients into our clinic and create a great visual aid of what to expect when they walk into our doors.

The owner, Brandon, managed the product. Everything was done professionally and efficiently.

They are up to date with technology, communicate well, and listen to your needs.

Brandon ran point on the project and Ken came in and cleaned up a few items at the end and made some adjustments that I requested.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We now have a modern, fully functional, lead capturing website that we hope helps drive business moving forward.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

There was a statement of work and then any review notes were shared via google docs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The final product is beautiful.
