Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We've been working with TRIRID TECH for a few years now we initially ask them to take over development and maintenance of our existing Webb application. They demonstrated diligence in understanding the existing structure andcleaning up the previous code. Over the years we added several key features and integrations with other software and web platforms. They are responsive and responsible. No intention of working with anyone else.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over the years, there have been many small and large projects. TRIRID delivered on time and on budget consistently.

Working with them feels like working with a small team dedicated to your company's success. We used to have a full-time internal development team, but the difference has been minimal. As I mentioned earlier, they are responsive, responsible, and diligent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are not the first offshore development team that we worked with, but they are likely to be the last as we have no intention in looking elsewhere. What made them the final decision after working with several others is probably their communication skills and responsiveness. How can you work with someone who doesn't understand you fully and whose values don't resonate with yours and who's not there when you need them?

Are there any areas for improvement or something TRIRID Technologies Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

The only issues we have had over the years with this company use their less than thorough testing procedures. We often get delivered software that still has bugs. I think it's normal for any offshore software development team. And it depends on your software development budget, how much you dedicate to thorough testing.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Full-stack MVP development of a novel software that combined an inteview flow with an explorable hierarchical visualizer. Key deliverables were:

1. Setup of systems to manage development e.g. Azure DevOps, Azure (cloud), CI/CD pipelines
2. Create relational database in MS SQL Server based on provided requirements
3. Full sign-in and sign-up flow, managed through Auth0
4. Set up of Stripe payment processing, linking in to sign-up flow
5. Coding back end to support interview flow (including complex recursive logic) and data collection from users.
6. Delivery of a novel UI presentation - an interactive hierarchical view of data, requiring custom components and behaviour
7. Administration features.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

MVP delivered. Flexibility to new and changing requirements (there were many). Testing and feedback flows from UAT.

I was very impressed with Tririd's flexibility to my many changes across the course of MVP development. The team always turned up to meetings on time, often nudging me to join when I was running a few mins late. In terms of delivery timeline - this was always reasonable and well communicated.

I have worked in Product Management for years and understand well that dev is not something to be rushed to meet arbitrary business targets, so some things taking a little longer than planned was not an issue for me. Much better that the product is right - and what an amazing job they've done.

What was your primary form of communication with TRIRID Technologies Pvt. Ltd.?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Always on time. Very clear and respectful communication. Extremely quick to pick up new technologies to support new features: custom React components, Auth0, custom Stripe configuration. Not once did I hear "sorry we can't help with that" when I asked for support on functions outside of the core MVP requirements - their mindset is always set on achieving what we require. I'm looking forward to a long partnership with Tririd.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TRIRID Technologies Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

More structured working tracking and reporting, using Agile framework to split tickets into sprints and have catch ups every two weeks to review progress together.
